As far as I can tell, Stoneborn Glaives don't respawn for you once you've looted them. There aren't a ton of them either, so trying to just hang out in a small area with fewer elites won't work. You'll have to search the whole quest area.

On the bright side, this is pretty easy when Destroy the Dominant is active. You can group for the world quest if nobody is grouping for Ember Court: Stoneborn Reserves, or you can follow other solo players around if your realm is active enough.

Found 2 of them at 33.78, 28.30 and like 4 of them in area around 29.74 29.55 other ones were spread around zone sadly.

If you are not gaining anima %, reenter the quest zone.

This quest is part of the Something for Everyone, required for the Meta The Party Herald. You'll see it on your map in Revendreth, once you hit Honored with the Ember Court.

Filling the canister is really easy as for the Stoneborn Glaive that's another story, either if you're low or high ilevel is very much recommendable to do it in group and the whole area is covered with Elites.

Here you have the whole compiled list of them, really easy to use with Toolkit on extend macro because they do not respawn once you take them.

Only one guest, The Countess, actually benefits from Stoneborn Reserves, and she is only available when you unlock the 4th slot. Every other guest gets a neutral or negative affect from Stoneborn Reserves so you don't need to prioritize this quest. Yes, eventually you'll want to unlock it to get the meta achievement. But if you're reaching a point of frustration, just skip it and come back when you've unlocked the 4th slot. Venthyr Volunteers should be perfectly sufficient. In the first two slots, only Droman Aliothe gets a negative affect from Venthyr Volunteers, and she's such a pain to invite that you may just skip over her anyway.

Easy to solo if you're a stealther. Just kill the non-elite minions and you get 5% on the anima progress bar while hunting for the stupid glaives.

Found 4 or 5 which I could take without aggroing something, the rest was a pain (had to kill 2±1 elites for each one).

quest started at 26,29 dominance Keep, directly next to flight path.

What a weird quest. I needed to double check on Wowhead to check if the quest was bugged or utterly bad. It was the latter. Also, I am certain it said the glaives drops from mobs before filling up the anima cannister, and then it just disappears as sources for the drop. Ran around the entire grid of the quest, with only a few found glaives. I am soo happy the top contributor to this site gave out most coordinates for this. I really disliked this quest, and it felt buggy until I read on here.

Fill the anima canister by defeating enemy stoneborn in Dominance Keep. Collect 12 Stoneborn Glaives.

Description

To call up the reserves to provide security for the Ember Court we will need anima. Good, loyal troops are ready as soon as we can animate them. We will also need weapons for them. Sort that out and I will make sure the Prince and his guests are well protected.
