This one is easy for me,back when i was raiding in WotlK ToC with my old strict 10man guild, we were on anub-arak HC, without any wipes yet and going strong until our offtank died while tanking the adds. our main tank was the only druid able to Combat rez him so they shouted "KHOROS! go sword and board and tank anub!" i was the only plate wearing dps at the time so i just went for it and slapped on sword and board, when prot stance and taunted with shield wall, effectively tanking the boss and saving our off tank.after that we went all out and actually got him down and got our tribute to insanity (not dedicated since we had 2 pieces of 25 man gear with us)proudest moment of my life having beat just about every guild on my server solely thanks to myself.that is the achievment im most proud of
Toss up between and Alone in the Darkness (10 player)What A Long Strange Trip It's Been took a lot of last minute achievement runs to get different parts of the meta and I even played during a couple vacations to be sure I would complete before it comes around again a year later :-)My other favorite that I'm proud of is Alone in the Darkness 10 player because we pugged it and managed to complete it in under 10 attempts with people that have never played together before
Lieutenant General FoS. My title reminds me of the good ol' days of BG PvP.
My favorite achievement would have to be the Chef achievement. I just love being able to say to everyone "Good morning children!"
3000 Quests Completed, as it rewards The Seeker. I liked the Sword of Truth series.. plus, "the Seeker" just sounds good after a character's name.
I'm very big into getting achievements. For me it would be a toss up between What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been and It's Over Nine Thousand!. If I had to choose between the 2 achievements I would have to pick It's Over Nine Thousand! because it took me so long to get it and when I saw that I had my last achievement almost do to get the FoS I was so excited.

Gotta say, my favorite has to be Lil Game Hunter. I know alot of people talk about how its easy to get, but i had to do some solid work for that one. i also just adore the little fawn you get from it, its my best pet by far!
Tabard of the Argent DawnI've been beating in the faces of the bad guys since they started to poke their wretched heads into Azeroth. Since the emergence of Naxxaramas I've been fighting, and will continue to do so until Sargeas dies as well. Though few people remember what this Tabard represents truly and what it means to be a veteran of those days... I'll remember.... And thats what being a veteran is.
It's probably Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker because I wanted it so much in vanilla but the second binding never dropped back then.
I'm torn between: A Tribute to Insanity (10 player) the first time I were there, while still in ulduar gear. It was the second week anub was available and I think we made server first. This is a candidate because it's a certain proof of being somewhat skilled in this lovely RNG-game.And: Mountain o' Mounts , It's Over Nine Thousand! and Insane in the Membrane Within seconds of each other. This because it represents patience and dedication http://i672.photobucket.com/albums/vv89/tronski/WoWScrnShot_010811_122443.jpg <- picture
My favorite achievement without a doubt is Reins of the Raven Lord, because it took me almost 3 years to get the mount (which is my favourite) and I'm very proud of it, even if a lot of peple got it already.
I'd have to go with Glory of the Icecrown Raider - it was tough, but there's a definite RNG component to a few of the achievements that made it just frustrating enough to be a real "@#$% YEAH!" moment when complete. That and I was the driving force behind the push to get it in my guild, I'm not normally a raid leader so there was also an element of stepping outside my comfort zone for the achievement.
The Arena Master is the most epic achievement you can ever accomplish.
Right now, I'm most proud of School of Hard Knocks. I'm HORRIBLE at PVP and avoid it at most costs, so this was a huge feat for me. Plus, it means I get my Violet Proto-Drake come Midsummer ;)
My favorite achievement I have is by far Accomplished Angler - it awards the Salty title. It was hard-won....it is no easy feat.
