up next sylvanas becomes the new arbiter
So Zovaal felt betrayed because.. he betrayed them first? What? I know it's badguy logic but once again, dumbing down WoW to the point of a child's story. Also, "Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: Primus, what we witnessed in the Arbiter's chamber, it was... beyond mortal understanding."No Bolvar, it's really not. In fact, it seems to be a goal of Blizzard to take a couple pages worth of lore and somehow spread it out amongst years of content in the most simple, obscure ways possible.
This was fairly predictable imo. Let the Sylvanas redemption arc begin I guess?
And of course, our mute champion does not ask what the Sepulcher is. And no one asks on our behalf. And we get to find out in 5-6 months what this important thing is
Zovaal doesn't trust family, RIP
Sure would like to know what Zovaal did, exactly.
I want to know about the Primus's parting line "Death comes for the Soul of your World"Also, why was Mal'Ganis thrown in as a cheap book on the ground, a stun, and a few bits of dialogue. The wrap up of this patch was in not very meaty, in my opinion.(an aside: were the writers so lazy that they had to name two things in this expansion Sepulcher? Do they not have a thesaurus.)
Kind of funny how we never actually see the arbiter in action. She was dead when we got to SL and then S U C C'd by the jailer and is no more, the only time we see her alive is in the loading screen portrait.
Drats! If only they hugged him and told him they loved him more....
"There I was minding my own business, just trying to unmake the universe and they betrayed me! Can you believe it?"
That's extremely disappointing - so Zovaal really is just like them. I had hoped it would turn out he was a void lord or minion of the light or something, someone whose power was stolen by the others so that they turned out to be the bad guys, possibly all of our existence being owed to them and their misdeeds.
