This cavern exists on the Timeless Isle, as stated above. You can find the entrance along the northern edges of the mountains, on the ground level of the Isle, north of the Court of Celestials. It houses: 4 different types of NPCs (two of which are Rares), many lootable purple crystals, and 4 blue Bonfires:

NPCs

Foreboding Flame - there are a total of 8 of these elite NPCs throughout the entirety of the cave, extending to the highest point in the cave's spiral center. These are the first mobs you will encounter upon entering the cave. Do not be fooled by their sweet-looking appearance; like many of the other Elites on the isle, these NPCs are capable of hitting very hard and have a specific mechanic you must pay attention to in order to avoid dying. This NPC has 2 abilities:
• Spiritfire Bolt: a non-interruptible fire spell (can be stun-interupted). The damage of this
spell can be mitigated by obtaining the buff from the various blue Bonfires available throughout
the cave (4 total; do not disappear upon use). The buff, which gives 50% fire resistance, will last for
60s.
• Spiritflame Strike: a non-interruptible physical-damage spell (can be stun-interupted) with a
marked, 8yd radius. You must run out of the spell range to avoid this damage.
Spirit of Jadefire - a rare elite which can be found every 30-60m at one of six unique spawn points throughout the cave, extending to the highest point in the cave's spiral center. This NPC spawns independently from the similar-looking Foreboding Flames. Like the Foreboding Flames, however, she will cast the same, two abilities; the difference is that she will do more damage:
• Jadefire Bolt
• Jadeflame Strike
Damp Shambler - there are a total of 5 of these elite NPCs near the end of the cave. This NPC has 2 abilities:
• Murky Cloud: a non-interruptible nature spell (can be stun-interupted). Although Wowhead
does not list this, it appears this ability has about a 5-8yd radius. This spell effect will also remain
on the ground for about 1m, though you can kite them out of it.
• Renewing Mists: the buff from an interruptible, casted healing ability which can be Purged
or Spellstealed at the end of the cast, once the buff is applied.
Rock Moss - a rare elite which can be found every 39-60m at a single, unique spawn point near the end of the cave. This NPC spawns independently from the similar-looking Damp Shamblers, upon the flat rock located in the center of the cave's watery area. Like the Damp Shamblers above, however, he will cast the same, two abilities (no difference in damage or healing).

PURPLE CRYSTALS
The aforementioned, lootable "purple crystals" that exist in this cavern are scattered at static locations throughout its entirety. There are a total of about 23 crystals, which temporarily disappear (for about 3-5m) until they respawn and become lootable once more. These contain:

Timeless Coin - a currency specific to the Timeless Isle.
Crystal of Insanity - a very useful, non-consumable, possible drop. Can only be looted once per character.
