K so after looking around and not finding the answers to my questions. I figured I would answer them myself and share them here.

1: The higher the torment level *max being 16* the better your odds of getting the Adamant Vault rewards. such as Gilded Spike Fortresses or Burnished Eye Crescent.

2: As of now Patch 10.0.2 in Dragonflight, The mobs don't scale up. They are level 60 while you are 70. Making Torment 16 a breeze

3: You CANNOT get dupes of items! So eventually if you wanted specifically Gilded Shoulder-Shields You can eventually filter your way thru to it. If you got Gilded Spike Fortresses Well guess what? That one wont show up again. Making your odds at getting Gilded Shoulder-Shields even higher!

4: The Best and fastest layer I seen was Fractured Chambers. For the most part it's just small hallways and the occasional open room.

5: Use what ever class you want. Although my recommendation is Demon Hunter. I average 2 and a half minutes per floor and just slam everything. The mobility of them really helps to fly thru the layers.

6: You can get items as low as layer 10 *maybe 9* too. the odds are waaay lower on those tho. But you do slam thru them at insane speeds. I have almost every cosmetic piece and have noticed torment layer 16 gave me an item about every 2nd or 3rd run. where as running 10s I would go on dry streaks of 5+.

7: As soon as you get into the Adamant Vaults just blitz the end. skip all mobs and even powers. by then you should be murdering bosses anyways. And skipping all that makes the runs even faster for the grind.

This was my first WoWhead post. so I don't know how to use links or anything properly or even have a good write up. but I hope this info helps some people.

I could not find Adamant Vaults anywhere, none of the portal instances inside Torghast matched. I thought it was a daily/weekly thing like the torments or offensives.

I then realized that you have to spend 100 research on "The Adamant Vaults" from the "Box of Many Things" inside the Torghast main room (before going up to the portals).

Still no portal.

Then one of my guildies clued me in. Adamant vaults is actually a continuation of any perfect run of any of the 6 main chambers (NOT Twisting Corridors or The Jailer's Gauntlets).

The entrance is INSIDE those 6 chambers. If you have a "Flawless Run" on one of those six, the exit portal will be surrounded in a red hue, and that is the entry point to the Adamant Vaults.
