This is a buff that stacks up to 5 times. I received it by standing in the pools of water at 45.9, 83.7 in Bastion. I don't know if other pools of water in this zone* do the same thing or not, I only noticed that I had a sudden stack of this buff and I tested it out a few times to be sure of where it was coming from. The buff lasted for 30 minutes, and at a stack of 5 it increased my arcane damage by 10% and reduced all magic damage taken by 5%.

There are also nearby Stalwart Anima that can heal you if you walk through them. I think they are spawned by the Eternal Flutterer mobs that are flying nearby, but I'm not 100% positive on this. It could have just been random luck that this mob was close to a spawn point for one of the orbs. Either way, this little area is really good if you just want to grind some trash mobs for cooking mats & xp.

*Edit: it DOES appear that all ponds, rivers, etc. in Bastion will give this buff. Additionally, from what I have seen, all of the "flutterfly" type mobs will spawn the Stalwart Anima. I have been saved from untimely death on more than one occasion by sprinting to one of these orbs!

My voidlord has had this buff at 5 stacks for 3 days now. It recharges every minute back up to 30 mins no matter where I am (currently in the Seat of the Primus and it's still popping). I have summoned other pets then resummoned the voidlord and he still has it, I have logged out and back in and he still has it.
It gives him a weird blue glow which doesn't look very "voidy" but I can't seem to get rid of it!
He maybe needs to die for it to be removed, but honestly 5% reduced magic damage is nothing to be sniffed at. Certainly interesting.

To turn off the obnoxious blinky beacon effect.... go to 53.6, 81.3 in Bastion zone and submerge in the pool of water you will find at that location for a few seconds. You will still keep the buff, but the annoying flashies end. Was especially annoying on my black spider pet. Credit to mariekr for finding out how to clear this glitch.

There's currently a bug I'm experiencing with this buff on a warlock pet - my voidwalker.

The buff is only supposed to last 30 minutes, but I've had it on him for the past week and I didn't notice until just now that the 30 minute timer hasn't gone down at all on it. If anyone else has experienced this, please submit a report if you encounter this.

I will see if Grimoire of Sacrifice/killing it will fix it in the meantime.

Edit/Update: Getting said warlock pet killed/sacrificed also clears the buff as with other pets. Hopefully they fix this soon because it's a very annoying buff otherwise.
