Dominated Architect is impossible to solo, even with fully upgraded Pocopoc, as a rogue at ilvl240. Also borderline impossible to find anyone to help with this quest, as once completed, the area is phased, so anyone who has done it can't help anyone who's stuck. Ridiculous

It is possible to encounter another player doing Access Request at the Chamber of Shaping (65.8, 36.1). Happened to me accidentally after my rogue was slaughtered by the Dominated Architect again and again. (By the way, the elite adds will start to respawn unless you’re super fast killing the Dominated Architect.) Went back one more time. Miraculously another player came through the door! It was over quickly.

You could wait on the roof if you have flying or wait inside in the tunnel that leads to the Chamber.

Another alt listed a general custom group for Access Request and got one player signing on fairly quickly. That’s all that may be necessary.

IMO to even this out, there should be:

a looking for group eyeball to make it easier to find other phased players OR
let players choose a guardian (tank, healer or dps) to assist in defeating the Dominated Architect and adds.

Otherwise, one or more or all of your characters won’t be able complete the Final Story storyline and learn protosynthesis mount crafting or complete Treasures of Zereth Mortis.

Tip on getting past the entrance guards
You can outrun the guards and open the inner chamber. Guards won’t enter and elites inside won’t notice you until you attack. However, when you leave the guards will be up and both will attack. If you're in a group with another player, fight the guards together before you dissolve the group - since you'll still be on the same shard.

Once you've killed the Dominated Architect, go over to the console/table behind him and grab the Schematic: Raptora Swooper. See screenshot.

If you're having problems finding someone to complete this quest with, you can party sync with another player and they will phase in with you, even if they've already done the whole quest chain

The small bots from the campaign quest: A Matter of Motivation will stick around and deal a lot of damage on the elites if you can't find help and haven't completed the last chapter of the campaign.

Hi all

I present The Final Song and A New Architect Storyline. This 2 Storyline have 12 Quests. To start this Storyline you need to first unlock Sopranian Understanding. After complite this Storyline You will get Deathrunner. I done this 2 storyline in same day.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Finding Tahli	Storyline start from 61 51 Elder Amir. Go to 63 40
2 Selfless Preservation	Kill Ilgaz the Plunderer 62 36 to get Stolen Artifact. Then move to 61 36 and press on small Orb of Transference next to blocke doors that will teleport you inside
3a Junk's Not Dead	Press on small Orb of Transference next to blocke doors to get out and press on 6 Depleted Servitor.
3b Core Competency	Press on small Orb of Transference next to blocke doors to get out and slain wild creatures in the Arrangement Index then use on them bodies Depleted Automa Core until 100%.
5 Revival of the Fittest	Stay in circle and press on Kodah.
6a Maintenance Mode	press on 4 Arrangement Terminal but to do it you need 4 Attunement Codex drop from all mobs around. Arrangement Terminal location /way 64 35 /way 66 34 /way 65 31 /way 63 32
6b Access Request	Get inside chamber 65 36 and kill Dominated Architect ( 66 39 inside chamber ) to get Restoration Matrix then go to other chamber 68 30.
8 The Final Song	First speak with Kodah then go inside chamber, defend Kodah by killing waves of mobs until 100% then press on Restoration Matrix
9 Judgment Call	Go back to storyline giver 61 51 Elder Amir. Care UFO can kill You O_o. That quest will finish this storyline and start next one. Tahli will spawn next to Elder Amir after few sec.
10 The Lost Component	Pick up quest from Tahli 61 51. First pick up Protoform Catalyst next to NPC then go to chamber ( enterence 68 30 ) and interact with console.
11 A New Architect	Pick up in chamber following quest items: 1 Cervid Lattice and 3 Protoform Tool. Rewards: Schematic: Deathrunner, Tools of Incomprehensible Experimentation, Cervid Lattice and 450 Genesis Mote all what you need, to do Deathrunner.
12 Schematic Reassimilation: Deathrunner	When you get Schematic: Deathrunner this quest will come automatic. Finish it then to learn how to do Deathrunner. Now press on Servitor Interface and pick first option then do your mount :)

Managed to solo (at the second attempt) as a fury warrior ilvl244. Pocopoc's Supportive Coroutine is a big help (50% heal every 30 seconds) and having more than one stun/interrupt is a godsend.

Possible to solo this with quest gear (226) or cheap AH gear (229) as a mage. You can spell steal the drone and its quite easy, especially with ice block heal.

Same works for DD Demon Hunter. You can heal with the poco bot if you have rank 2 heal, use meta for leech and also you can either kick or dispell the drone. Just use your bot heal when youre below 60%.

This fight was a bit difficult. I could not solo it as a damage Demon Hunter with item level 234. I thought I'd give tank spec a go and it worked.

It wasn't easy, but it is entirely doable. I couldn't rely on any abilities or healing from Pocopoc, since I had yet to actually upgrade or unlock anything related to Pocopoc.

So if anyone is having issues and can swap to tank, give it a try.

I will start at noting
BAD BLIZZARD NO DOUGHNUT BOXES & NO DOZENS. To make loud and long the claim that if we're not raiders at least the Zereth Mortis zone has transmogs, critters, and lets you craft your own battle pets and mounts IS COMPLETELY WRECKED BY THE LOCKDOWN that you have to have two group-3 quests in a hard area and one of them is definitely parked down a hall where no passersby will ever find you... no, it's not good design. I'm not even sure a raider wants to solo this.

So making protoform mounts is going to remain a rarity. That said, here's everything gathered to try and help as best I can. I may update this as time bends onward, since I have not yet succeeded at the pair of locked up quests nor the thread as a whole.

press on 4 Arrangement Terminal but to do it you need 4 Attunement Codex drop from all mobs around.

GET SOME ASSISTANCE if you're at all squishy or weak in fighting style. All the mobs in the sandy zones of Zereth Mortis are tough and most of them are elites, some even fly. I only succeeded at this with the help of the World Quest where Rana offers a small squad of assisting automa to help, and even then you have to have some skill at dropping the little green circle ("reticule") near where you want to fight after pulling foes there. I think the automa will only strike into the dropped circle, but the cooldown isn't too bad. Automa Ops

...by killing the two door guards and coming down the hall, then girding your loins and gear clicking the door open.
In fact, I recommend you gird your loins first. Get your pocopoc gems from the little triangle consoles. get your buff from the waterfall near Pilgrim's Grace (Grace of the First Ones) for its healing.

FIND FRIENDS. If need be shout on General that you're on the two quests to unlock the Mounts Forging from protoform synthesis and swarm this space with people who are on the phase for it. It's deep enough down a hallway whose front door is full of elites...
Edit 1: added from seeing Deloria's comment on Access Request.
A. find friends using LFG, the quest is so frustrating that many may be stuck on the phase.
B. Don't forget to grab the Schematic for the Raptora that is in this room once you've won.
(extra Edit: I found no such schematic, so I left. Dunno what happened to it. 9 Oct 2022)

Edit 2: I worked my cyphers level up all 3 ranks of Similic (5 powers allowed) and all 3 ranks of Enlic (spheres only cost 2 to get) so that I could have the following powers up.

my primary stat (I switched to Prot, hence, "Potentialic" = STR)
Cooldowns 10% chance of not cooling - "Efficialic"
10% chance to deflect physical - "Deflectialic". I wanted the same for magic, but as a paladin, I do have Spellwarding, your stuff may vary.
um, a couple other useful ones, but they've expired, so I can't read them.

I also put Pocopoc on defensive mode (and there are a couple of gem-spheres that help him in this, I didn't use) and I have 1 out of 2 points Suplim from the last column so he gave me a barrier somewhat.

THE FOES ARE CASTERS and the miniboss loves to drop bombs

Edit 3: keep moving! Also, 2 hordies showed up who also needed the quest. Not sure I could have done it without them, so I helped them tap him again.

The miniboss has friends who are all drain-casting thugs on their own, and respawn quickly even when slain, so at least at time of this posting, you cannot just slog through clobbering one punk at a time until you're alone with the Dominated Architect.
(or maybe if you are Sipder2 on shadowpriest and good with timing, you can. His video looks good)

Edit 4: I was very careful so I was able to take out only the two casters ahead of the Dominated Architect but his two side buddies did join the fight when I had to bounce around. Still better than having the smoke pulled out of me.

...he's slightly at the back, so you might be able to tag him alone if you're teleport-strong or rather stealthy. But "Group 3" isn't the half of it; if you're a melee class, you WILL be standing in fire (light gold overlapping circles of ugh) to get him. (the bombs.)

I just soloed this quest as a Restoration Druid (ilevel 254). I took the tiger form in the room, used my Prowl spell to become invisible and walked all the way to the back of the room, just behind the boss. I then pulled him with a single shot.. I was able to keep up with his DPS without any issues. It took maybe 5 minutes (boring) but he was down and I was still in full health :) Very easy fight.
