Is it possible to turn-in this quest after having left the instance? When I came back, Myza's Oasis was closed and the password minigame was unavailable. :/

To speak to Fe'tajid, you have to use the neck skill to transform into a broker, otherwise, it will not speak with you.

He's located at the start of the instance (have to be zoned in). In order to speak to him, you need to use the necklace to transform first. You won't be able to see any quest marks on the guy. Just speak to him and click on the option to continue the conversation.

Also, do not trigger the RP at the start. If you have already triggered it (if you have targetable enemy mobs at the gate, it means you have triggered the RP), reset the instance.

Another note, if you have cleared the instance as normal, you won't be able to get loot when clearing the bosses again on hard mode. They share loot table.

If you have already cleared the instance, you need someone who hasn't done the instance at all, make them the party leader and reset the dungeon.

can confirm 5 of us killed first boss did quest till we got the 5man quest... had purple neck. one person logged out.. logged on alt.. to reset dungeon. we all zoned in and could talk to guy

Edit finished hard mode with achievement, first boss obviously didn't drop loot on the rekill

Fraudulent Credentials need to be equipped, to trade with Au'manal.
Trading this item will give you Passably-Forged Credentials.
Equipping Passably-Forged Credentials and speaking to Au'manal will give you the quest Tazavesh: A Hard Bargain. This quest will allow you to unlock Tazavesh Hard Mode for Tazavesh Gearglider.

With the hotfix, you can now turn inTazavesh: A Hard Bargain even if all bosses are dead.

If you complete hardmode but forgot to turn in the quest like me... it's still possible to complete it by yourself (note I did this within the same week, so using the instance where all bosses are defeated).

Go into the dungeon normally (I did not need to equip the necklace or anything), go forward, and turn right into the area with all the portals near the entrance.

There are what looks like three disabled (they're not glowing) portals to the right of the big glowing portal in the middle. When facing them go through the one closest to the right, you will still be able to walk through it even though it looks like you're going to walk into a wall.

It'll teleport you to a spot very close to Myza and skip all the mobs. Go through the door nearby (you can check the map to see where the door is), and go inside the building to turn in the quest.

As the above said, you can still complete the quest even if you forgot (like me) to take and completed the Hard Mode.

What I did: I took the quest while we already activated the HM and reached the band room, I check if the NPC was at the entrance but it wasn't so I completed the hard mode bosses as usual. After that a friend of mine with no mythic lockout invited me, I entered the dungeon, I talked to the npc, and completed the quest

Fe'tajid <Bounty Hunter> is just not there.
Fresh instance, Necklace equipped and used, on the quest, guards not activated.

Couple of things from my experience having just completed this.

Don't be like me. Make sure you have the quest already before you start the hard mode. The talking to Fe'tajid at the start is required to complete the quest and he is not there anymore once you have started. So you will have to come back after the weekly reset, or use a friend to reset as mentioned in one of the other comments.
You can solo So'leah now in 10.1.7, but the fight takes ages due to the 99% damage reduction from Power Overwhelming. For me - ilvl 446 - it took almost 17 minutes. Make sure to save CD's for phase 2 to save a few seconds. She does not actually hurt (I was >98% health for the whole fight) and there is no enrage, but you can save some good time by bringing 4 friends here and get rid of Power Overwhelming by correctly destroying the five stars as intended.
The trading game before you can enter the oasis is still annoying and random, so I would recommend to get (or reinstate) a "solver" Weakaura to save some time.

So, a word or two for those of you who want the Tazavesh Cartel Gearglider:

First, I tried to get it on Heroic mode (solo) several times, at about my 14-15 attempt with just a tiny 2% chance, I read more on the "Hard mode" and realized at level 70, iLevel 453, as an arcane mage, I could cake walk this and I did.

I followed the instructions to get the hard mode quest, doing the initial acquisition of the first passable credentials on heroic, got the first neck, and traded it for the second better credentials neck inside the bar and accepted the "Tazavesh: A Hard Bargain" quest. When I tried to go back in with a fresh Heroic instance, I could not see the bounty hunter "Fe'tajid" until I tried changing the instance to Mythic, then he was present leaning up against that first pillar you see to your right when you start the instance. I could not chat with him until I put the neck piece on and used it, turning into one of the cartel droids and he 'modified' me. I went up to the first set of guards, they let me pass, and I then was scanned by the first boss, that failed and the fight was ezpz. The trash didn't get involved until I decided to clean the area just for gold. I had no issues and never lost more than a couple of percent of my health through the entire instance.

As a note, I did remove the "Passably-Forged Credentials" neck as it was only iLv 200, compared to my current neck that was 450 and far superior to it. The Hard Mode was still in effect so you can safely swap back to your original neck to keep your DPS up as high as possible.

The fight with the final boss, So'Leah, took me 27-28 minutes, as the boss' health goes from 832k (Heroic) to 1039k (Mythic). This fight is just stand far back and range attack, I made sure my arcane orb would settle directly under the boss, then began the long button blasting session to get the mount.

You do NOT get the mount in your bags, it is awarded to you as an achievement, so it goes right to your account wide access. I also received a few achieves for doing the Hard Mode and Mythic dungeon fights which was a nice touch. To turn in this quest, I left, then reset the instance, changed it back to the Heroic version, killed the first boss, did the relic chase got my password and went to the quest giver in the bar, after turning it in, teleported out. You get another "perfect" version of your credentials, if you want to keep them for future use or role-playing, they can't be put into the void-storage, so you'll have to leave them in your bank.

Happy hunting! This is a much nicer mount than the Legion Archmage's Prismatic Disc mount and is what I'll use until something just as small and better shows up. Everyone is right, the mounting animation is very slick. Thank you Blizzard for this great choice in graphics and the fun it took to get this done.
