go to /way 43,5, 57,4 (cave entrance)
interact with Journal of Fatescribe /way 42,7, 60,0
interact with Burned Incense /way 41,3, 59,8
kill Kizesh
return the quest

If you can see a bunch of Agitated Deathroaches in the cave, then you're at the wrong cave. Turn 180 degrees, go down the small hill, turn right and go down another small hill and you'll find the correct cave.

1 A Matter of Urgency Go to see Caretaker Kah-Than 56 38 in cave
2 Rescued from Torment Rescue 6 Tortured Attendant
3 Looting the Looters Doing quest 2 you can kill mobs to get Korthian Artifact. This is start quest Looting the Looters, You need to kill mobs to get 4 Artifacts: Korthian Scrollcase, Weight of Judgment, Axe of Storms and Fatescribe's Implement.
4 The Last Place You Look Go to cave 43 57 and press on Journal of Fatescribe 42 60 and Burned Incense 41 60. Then slay Kizesh.
5 Redirect the Search Go to see Caretaker Kah-Than 56 22
6 Echoes of Fate First move to press on Unbroken Anima Container 56 20 then Unburned Incense 53 21 and Small Offering 53 14 then return quest to Caretaker Kah-Than in cave 54 17.
7 Revenge Delayed Pick Up Quest from Protector Rih-Mat 55 22 then slay 10 mobs
8 Under the Illusion Get on Circle and use Fatescribe's Implement cinematic will start then slay Azodius this quest is auto finish.
9 They Could Be Anyone Pick up drop Head of Azodius from Azodius that will start last quest, You need to go to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon 62 24.

I was doing the quest when Kizesh appeared, the guy who came in with me must have had insane gear because he 2-shotted him before I could even target him. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone else to summon him I was able to kill him and continue without starting again the whole chain =)

For this quest you need to go down into a cave. I have included a screenshot here showing what the cave entrance looks like; in this screenshot I'm standing at 44.1, 56.7 in Korthia. The coordinates for the cave entrance are 43.5, 57.5. As mentioned by Rocknight, this is not the cave that contains numerous agitated deathroaches (thank you!) The cave with the agitated deathroaches is very close to this one.

If you zone out after interacting with the object in the cave (eg: logout, LFG popped), you can abandon the quest and immediately pick it back up from Kah-Than right there to fix it

Description

I came here hoping to locate the Fatescribe or something to help me find him. Evidence shows he was here and survived a Mawsworn attack. The only other place I haven't looked is a meditation chamber on the opposite side of the ruins. It's too dangerous for me to head back into the Seeker's Quorum alone. Could you help me? I must find the Fatescribe. It's a matter of great importance.
