When you accept the quest, talk to Vandellor, just slowly run behind him and click the friendly gongs (not the purple ones) that he clicks. Took me a few moments to fully understand what he means and how to approach it.

You also have to be on foot, if you mount at any point, you lose the stacks and fail. When you do a lap around with him, you will complete it.

Questline starts in Oribos at Lady Liadrin near the teleport to Orgrimmar.
You need to be exalted with Silvermoon City to get this.

Summons from the Matriarch - meet her in Silvermoon /way 88.75 37.58 entrance to Lady Liadrin
Briefing - watch dialogue
Tranquillien Besieged - click the portal next to you
Death to the Scourge - kill 15 enemies
Magus Installation - click Protection Ward and defeat Vorath. Go west to 45.41 35.15 and repeat it. To north at 44.99 30.84 and again.
A Knight's Weapon - leave the building, take the stairs on your right. Collect the weapon
An Honest Heart - go to Bastion, you can take the teleport to Orgrimmar behind the quest giver
An Unbreakable Will - go to Maldraxxus
Bastion:
A Fair Race - click dialogue to start the race. Start running and click the yellow bells on your way
Travel to Maldraxxus, entrance at 45.88 45.07
Unfair Fight - click dialogue to start the fight, defeat Frisson. Talk to Fightlord San after that
Return to the Ghostlands - return to Tristessa (Oribos > Orgrimmar > Silvermoon)
I Am the Blade of the Light - go to the marked area and mount the Thalassian Warstrider. Click your extra button Brandish Ranseur for aoe. You can also use your normal abilities. Fill the bar
Justice Long Overdue - kill Vorath. Move him to the other crystal if the areas are growing too much. Click the extra button on his corpse and kill Vorath
This quest rewarded Veil-Touched Ranseur (this may depend on whether you can wield polearms or maybe only for paladins).
Blood Knight - return to Silvermoon and get Elusive Emerald Hawkstrider. Paladins also receive Ensemble: Blood Knight's Dedication.

Questline took about 40 minutes (incl. flight paths) with itemlevel 230.

If the Kyrian Vandellor really was the one who fostered Lady Liadrin then he's got to be one of the most powerful non paragon Kyrian there is. He wouldn't have died too long ago and already is ascended. Most of the others claimed to have spent eons training as aspirants prior to ascension.

Description

But before I grant your weapon this power, I must know that you will not abuse it, and that your heart is true. Let us run a race. Along the course, ring the bells. If your heart is pure, they will aid your speed. You must have at least five bells recently rung in order to complete the race. Do not be distracted by shortcuts. And do not try to cheat to get ahead, it will not work. Are you ready?
