Before you think "geez, didn't even offer a teleport?", the portal to Orgrimmar is right next to her. take that, and then the Portal Room's Silvermoon one is on the right.

Questline starts in Oribos at Lady Liadrin near the teleport to Orgrimmar.
You need to be exalted with Silvermoon City to get this.

Summons from the Matriarch - meet her in Silvermoon /way 88.75 37.58 entrance to Lady Liadrin
Briefing - watch dialogue
Tranquillien Besieged - click the portal next to you
Death to the Scourge - kill 15 enemies
Magus Installation - click Protection Ward and defeat Vorath. Go west to 45.41 35.15 and repeat it. To north at 44.99 30.84 and again.
A Knight's Weapon - leave the building, take the stairs on your right. Collect the weapon
An Honest Heart - go to Bastion, you can take the teleport to Orgrimmar behind the quest giver
An Unbreakable Will - go to Maldraxxus
Bastion:
A Fair Race - click dialogue to start the race. Start running and click the yellow bells on your way
Travel to Maldraxxus, entrance at 45.88 45.07
Unfair Fight - click dialogue to start the fight, defeat Frisson. Talk to Fightlord San after that
Return to the Ghostlands - return to Tristessa (Oribos > Orgrimmar > Silvermoon)
I Am the Blade of the Light - go to the marked area and mount the Thalassian Warstrider. Click your extra button Brandish Ranseur for aoe. You can also use your normal abilities. Fill the bar
Justice Long Overdue - kill Vorath. Move him to the other crystal if the areas are growing too much. Click the extra button on his corpse and kill Vorath
This quest rewarded Veil-Touched Ranseur (this depends on whether you can wield polearms).
Blood Knight - return to Silvermoon and get Elusive Emerald Hawkstrider. Paladins also receive Ensemble: Blood Knight's Dedication.

Questline took about 40 minutes (incl. flight paths) with itemlevel 230.

A little Easter egg: The blood elf that accompanies you, Salandria, is the all grown up orphan you helped in the Outland Children's Week quest chain.

Public service announcement, if your character was a boosted Char; regardless of how long ago, you will not see this quest. I tried it on my Monk that was a BFA Boost and did not see this quest.

It there anything special you need to have Lady Liadrin spawn in Oribos, quesline wise or otherwise? Im a BE pally exalted with Silvermoon level 50 went threads of fate and picked covenant and Ive done the armour part of the heritage already. SHe is not there and I cant obtain the weapon and pally specific armour

Please note, the quest chain was added in patch 9.2.5 and seems to be tuned for characters around a corresponding ilevel (at least some Zereth Mortis gear or up). Trying to do this quest line on a fresh level 60 in questing greens may be difficult.

For those wondering, IF you do this quest on any class OTHER than a Paladin, the final reward
will ONLY be the mount.

If you wish to get the spear transmog AND the Ensemble, you HAVE to do this as a Paladin.

And no, if you do this on another class it will NOT be unlocked for your Paladin.

If I do this on a Demon hunter, do I loose out on the Blood knight stuff for my alts who would otherwise be able to use them?

Nota Bene: I have done this quest chain several times along the patch cycle of 9.0. First on a BM hunter in 180 ilvl gear (this was a mistake, I died at least a dozen times), then later on a warlock in 233 ilvl gear (also a mistake), then one more time on an assassination rogue in ilvl 260 gear (a terrible mistake, died so many times I stopped counting), then in 10.0.2 on a paladin in 272 ilvl gear (about as hard as soloing a current level dungeon).

Plainly stated, this quest chain is very poorly tuned towards the end. The mob scaling is ridiculously out of line with character power in 10.0. Know going into this, a mid-range player should expect to die several times.

The chief problem comes from the orbs during the last stage of the quest chain. At melee range, the orbs are hitting you almost as soon as Vorath summons them. The chief problem mechanically is that Lady Liadrin in theory is supposed to tank this, but she cannot hold aggro if you do this quest at level 60 and have decent gear and output even moderate dps.

On the bright side, if you make it to the last stage of the quest, Vorath does not regain full health when you die. This, more than anything else, indicates that the devs knew this quest was going to be a miserable ordeal, but the rewards soften the memory, at least a little.

Just finished the quest line on a 215ilvl Ret Pally - it has either been retuned or it is not as bad as many here are saying it is. A decent questline but some cool rewards at least.

I will add that like another comment mentioned, during the last fight when he starts channelling entropy - when he casts Entropic Blast just get out of melee range. The damage on the orbs are nuts and the tick is way too fast. It was the only part of the quest I died on and it was pretty much an immediate death. The corpse run is long too. Besides that the rest is pretty faceroll.
