In Search of Inner Calm is a part of the Meditation Master (Ohm's meditation quests).

To unlock the access to Ohm's meditation quests you will spend around 7 days.
You first need complete the quest A Rare and Unusual Spirit to receive the item Tranquil Spirit of the Cosmos.
Use Tranquil Spirit of the Cosmos on Wildseed of Regrowth and wait 7 days for Incubation Complete. (Use Temporal Leaves on Anima Catalyst Plot to speed up the Wildseed of Regrowth process).
After the Incubation Complete open Wildseed of Regrowth for unlock the NPC Ohm of Meditation.
Ohm of Meditation will offer Ohm's meditation quests in the Queen's Conservatory.

To complete In Search of Inner Calm you need go to Zuldazar and use the Extra Button Meditation.

still fail to see the point of this.. meditation does absolutly nothing :P .. "woah how amazing.. i can meditate for 1 minute @ the npc.. "

It seems that the world quest in the area "Dark Chronicler" prevents you from being able to find the meditation point. I scoured the beach up and down and never got the extra action button. Went and did the world quest and found it pretty quick.

It's possible I just missed the one small area where it is, but just in case someone else has the same problem...

If your character, like mine, have not done the BFA War Campaign, you cannot get to Zuldazar.

You need to go to Stormwind and take the quest Tides of War and complete that questline. Then go to the alliance ship in Boralus and start the War Campaign questline, selecting Zuldazar as your first landing point.

Does anyone know the reason why this quest is not available to me after finishing the Highmountain meditation quest? ~~My Queen's Conservatory was rank 3 and now I leveled it to rank 4 and Ohm of Meditation still doesn't have the quest to give to me.~~

Edit: ~~alright, found out you wont get this quest until you have Queen's Conservatory at rank 5 even though the quest chain starts at rank 3~~
Edit 2: alright, so it may not have to do with the conservatory rank. The quest became available after the weekly reset.
