Quest can be done in Highmountain -> Highmountain Peak (it's where the Frosthoof Watch is). There should be a "weathered parchment" on the highest peak, that is where you should meditate

In Search of Inner Calm is a part of the Meditation Master (Ohm's meditation quests).

To unlock the access to Ohm's meditation quests you will spend around 7 days.
You first need complete the quest A Rare and Unusual Spirit to receive the item Tranquil Spirit of the Cosmos.
Use Tranquil Spirit of the Cosmos on Wildseed of Regrowth and wait 7 days for Incubation Complete. (Use Temporal Leaves on Anima Catalyst Plot to speed up the Wildseed of Regrowth process).
After the Incubation Complete open Wildseed of Regrowth for unlock the NPC Ohm of Meditation.
Ohm of Meditation will offer Ohm's meditation quests in the Queen's Conservatory.

To complete In Search of Inner Calm you need go to Highmontain in Broken Isles near to Weathered Parchment and use the Extra Button Meditation.

This quest have another versions with the same name. You need meditate in:
Zuldazar /way 33,3, 85,5 Beach
Winterspring /way 62,9, 48,2 top of the mountain

this quest isn`t working
Traveled there, it shows me the Quest Area on the main Island, next to sthe small one in your video
On Both places the extra button wont appear.
I tryed it on everal Times in the noon, sunrising , wehn the sun goes down and night.
The Extrabutton never apperaed.
Kinda dissapointed, since Blizzards Suppport is a mess since they overtook by Activision

So my Quets ist stucked there and i can`t go further

For those looking for where, exactly, on the beach in Zuldazar you can complete the beach version of this quest, I managed to get the Meditation action button to show up at 39.37, 81.40.

Upon completion, there is no follow up quest, however you are able to meditate at will if you stand in front of Ohm of Meditiation.

High Mountain: 53/88. once you get to high mountain, the area is shown on your map. go to the highest point of the mountain in that area

For those of us that did not much in BfA, perhaps joined or rejoined as Shadowlands was dropping, I struggled with this one. I tried every which way to get to Boralus. Funny thing was, I had been there pre pack Shadowlands, at least to Tiregarde Sound, but simply could not get back.

I tried the portal from SW to Boralus - ended up in SW Keep.
I tried the boat from SW harbor to Boralus - ended up in SW Keep.
Kept checking the Hero Board in SW - nothing.
Even got desperate and checked Chromie - lvl 60 here and no luck
Finally, had mage friend port me to Boralus - ended up in SW Keep.

The ultimate fix was to set tracking (the small microscope dot on the map circle, upper right side of screen) to show "trivial quests".

Once you are in SW Keep you will see a quest (down the great hall away from throne room) to help in Kul Tiran. Take it. This leads you to the boat in SW Harbor that will, at last, take you all the way to Tiregarde Keep in Boralus. You'll need to meet with the Harbormaster to get your ferry pass, be sure to choose Zandular as your exploration start point. Get to the boat, do a few minor quests on the boat and off you'll go. Once you arrive you will go through a couple of cinematics about Jaina Proudmore and then breaking out of jail. Once out, just navigate yourself to where the In Search of Inner Calm shows on the map. Take a few minutes to run there. It's right on the sand next to the water. My mini map had it plainly marked.

Meditate and hearth out.

Hope this helps someone as it was driving me a little nuts.

For anybody who has an extra action button from the legion expansion instead of the medidate button, simply move the former onto your action bars and the medidate button should show up in it's place. Hope this helps remove a little frustration as it confused me for a while!

Sometimes it's amazing to me how far Blizzard Developers think in advance and / or reuse old content. If you think about this Highmountain version of the quest, that was Legion (2 expansions prior to Shadowlands). I remember working my way up that mountain on a ground mount (before I had flying) and remember seeing that peak and that piece of weathered parchment planted in the rocks. If you take the time to read it, it says: "In honor of those who ascend to unimaginable heights. May your spirit continue through the dreams of others who follow..." When you are given the quest Ohm says: "I have always had dreams. Special dreams you could say. Any place of tranquility or calm can come to me in a dream. Even those that may have danger nearby, as calm can be found anywhere, if you know how. Now I dream of your world, your Azeroth. I cannot travel to your realm. Help me connect to my latest dream through your eyes. I have dreamed of a high place. A very high place. Do you know it? "
Is it possible that the Developers thought of this quest all the way back then? Or maybe they just remembered that parchment was there and used it? I like to think the former.
