Go Beyond!: Arkelios Solace

Quest objective

Take the mushroom to the Great Unknown, speak to Arkelios the turtle and find three focus objects for him randomly located around the small floating island.

Walkthrough

Speak to Marasmius and accept his quest once you have the mushroom network to Stage 3 to open up these quests. They vary.
Use the mushroom to the Great Unknown at the 10 o'clock position to the left of Marasmius as you face hime from entering The Ring.
You need to speak to the turtle Arkelios. Ask him about himself as you wish. Choose the option How can I help? to progress the quest to find the three objects randomly placed around Arkelios' Solace island (see notes below for details and also bug issue).
Find the three focus objects (they should be glowing or sparkling (see tip below) then return to Arkelios. There will be three yellow outlined spots to place the three foci in front of him now. Click on each to place them to complete this stage.
Arkelios goes into his shell to contemplate.
Return to Marasmius to complete the quest.

Notes

Maybe sometimes bugged. First time I could only find one focus. Abandoned, left and logged in and out then re-accepted the quest from Marasmius and returned. The items were then there.
For me there was no node sparkle or glow on the focus items. Sometimes a glow around them, sometimes none. However, hiding the UI and they sparkled made it much easier to find. You have to be within a certain range to have them appear.
Item type and location appears randomised, at least within various spots and focus object.

It's not a big island so they should be fairly easy to find just look behind trees etc. If they are not from a run around the island try lout out and in and/ or abandon the quest and reaccept.

Abysmal respawn time on these things, luckily you can group up and share credit when you click on each quest item.

Horrible quest, I sat around for over 5 minutes while 15 other people ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. left disappointed

Must be bugged. I have been here three times today. I have abandoned and retaken quest. I still have not found or even seen a single one of these.

Edit 2/14/21 - I did eventually get all four to appear. It took multiple more tries. I got this one again later and it worked fine the first time.

I found that the items appeared after I clicked through the "who are you" dialogue with Arkelios. Nothing for ten minutes, did that, then boom--there they all are. Causation or correlation... who knows?

My advice is to abandon this quest, it is a waste of time.

The neccessary items are on a long respawn timer and only one player can get the item when it spawns. So as more players get access to this quest, it has turned into a waiting and clicking competition. Expect to spend 5-20 minutes for that 70 anima.

I have tried this in a party but still only lootable by one person then long respawn time Until they fix the loot items, pass on this not worth the aggravation. The rewards are not worth the time.

Maybe it was just coincidence, but doing it today and not having quest progress register or quest items pop, I hopped back and forth between the great beyond and Marasmius' ring and it seemed to help.

the three things spawns within 5 mins of entering place, each item spawned 3 mins after the next.

It seems like they fixed the pain point of this quest with the items spawning extremely slowly. The last 3-4 times I've done this, all the items are available, even with someone from the opposite faction in the area.
