Visit Ta'tru at the Night Market, south of the Wanecrypt Hill flight point, and buy Kaja'Extreme.

Copied from the Spicy Scorchshrooms comments, in case you came here first: When you are on the Making a Smarter Dredger, which you get as part of the first upgrade of the Ember Court, this is the currency for the Kaja'Extreme and it is provided to you by the quest giver! And here I was thinking I had to leg to to a host of different vendors as for the Necklace of Dredbat Fangs needed for RSVP: Droman Aliothe! Happy surprise that I already had it in my bags.

Take these Scorchshrooms, that broker loves them, but note he rotates his costs each week.
