When I follow lady moonberry, I always get teleported out of the heart of the forest and unable to kneel to her and/or turn in quest. Bug submitted, unless I'm missing something?

Still bugged. Can´t go inside, it teleports out.

Be sure you use the extra action button to kneel and not the emote. That's what starts the dialog.

I'm not sure if I'm just dumb but I can't trigger the extra action button because I can't find her? I even /tar Lady Moonberry :( (did thread of fate, not sure if that changes anything)

I didn't get the extra action button either; after reading these comments, I abandoned the quest and started it over... and it worked!

I didn't get the button either. I was thinking it could be a problem with an addon since I had changed the position of the extra button with the addon MoveAnything. I tried switching position with the addon in game at first but that didn't work so I disabled it altogether and that did work. From my experience, issues regarding these extra buttons are most often related to your addons somehow.

The minimap shows to complete the quest as being inside of the Heart of the Forest.. went upstairs, then back down couldn't find where she was ... turns out she's no where near where it indicates to go on the map... She's outside at 49, 52. -_-' awesome

If you don't see the extra action button but you see a huge crowd of soul shapes inside your covenant sanctum, try these steps:
1) Go back outside and make sure you talk to Lady Moonberry where you picked up the quest (just southeast of the covenant sanctum (where you picked up the quest), and make sure to talk to her to make her walk in :)
2) If you don't see Lady Moonberry glowing, then abandon and repick up the quest

Don't be like me and waste a bunch of time going back to Oribos thinking you picked it up there :D

You have to stand in the swirly blue mist at her feet to get the extra action button to appear!
