This is a calling quest. Calling quests encourages players to engage in various content in different areas in Shadowlands. At any time there are 3 callings available, and all players, regardless of Covenant has the same objectives, eventhough the name of the quest can vary.

This specific quest ID is for players who have chosen the Night Fae covenant. The quest is both started and ended at Yanlar inside the covenant sanctum, Heart of the Forest, at the north west side. Other players will have the same objectives with the following IDs

Kyrian players, see Challenges in Bastion.
Necrolords players, see Challenges in Bastion.
Venthyr players, see Challenges in Bastion.

To complete this quest, either travel to Bastion and complete the specific world quest Disloyal Denizens which can be found in the north-west corner of Bastion, or complete any of the dungeons that are found in Bastion, which are The Necrotic Wake or Spires of Ascension, on any non-keystone difficulty (Normal, Heroic, or Mythic).

As of today, there's no "Abandon" option for this quest. Once you click to -just- see what it's about, it's going to be on you quests list. I don't like this, because it's the forced go-to-dungeons game policy that others have disliked before in other expansions, where, as an example, you couldn't get an item to advance in your profession unless you went into a group hunt. And this is not for everybody. Dungeons and raids shouldn't be forced.

Anyone know what can you do to complete this if you messed up and did the WQ before picking up the quest? It doesn't re-enable the quest which I understand since someone would abuse it for multiple rewards....but perhaps there's still a way to the Tribute of the Paragon?

To complete Challenges in Bastion you need defeat Valinor located in Bastion when the Weekly World Quest Valinor, the Light of Eons is up (weekly rotation with another World Bosses).
To defeat this guy you'll need a group.
I got Memory of Archbishop Benedictus on my spriest (first try).

The "Challenges in X" Calling quests can be completed in Mythic + Dungeons (in addition to lower difficulty dungeons but I could not find it listed anywhere if Mythic+ dungeons awarded credit so I came here to fix that) relevant to their respective zones.

I tried this last night - it clearly states to do Disloyal Denisons WQ - this did not count toward the quest which is greatly annoying

i cannot turn this Q. NPC just not there, i se only question mark on map, nothing more.

Description
