You need to be on the Ring of Fates level. If you are facing Host Ta'rela, go to your left, into the room where you see Trader Ba'telk.

In that room, you'll see a doorway. Go through the doorway and down the stairs. That's where you'll find Finder Ta'su in the Broker's Den.

Drove me nuts because I couldn't see how to get to the floor below. Hope this helps someone. Also, if the text directions aren't enough, I made a brief YT instruction video to find him: https://youtu.be/66ltLcd0gCA

go to /way 70,8, 40,5 and turn left, follow the path until you reach the npc

To complete this quest you need to report to Finder Ta'sul in Oribos.
The quest pretends to be a tricky one, but its actually not. From the front of the quest giver there are two rooms one to the left and another one to the right.
You can enter either and check a passage where two npc stand, there are stairs that lead to the room where Finder Ta'sul is.

To make things easier, once you pick up this quest you'll go right and then once in that room you'll take a left then follow the stairs downwards to the right. Once you are at the bottom you'll be at "The Broker's Den" and be able to turn the quest in.

Finder Ta'sul is located downstairs, you can get there going through the room left or right of the Innkeeper.

Hi all

Quest start from Host Ta'rela 67 50 Oribos. You need to See Finder Ta'sul on lower level in Oribos to get there go enterence 71 60 or 70 41.

After finishing this Quest You will be able to do 2 weekly Dungeon Quests from Ta'lan the Antiquary and Finder Ta'sul.

Guess it helps to mention that this can be done on any difficulty, including mythic keystone.

For rthose of you interested this quest appears to have no prerequite in the story other than your character being level 60. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think I am
