To complete this quest you need to witness memories from Lysonia's past.
First memory can be found at 58.10 64.41 coordinates.
To find Second memory move to 58.52 62.66 coordinates.
Travel to 59.47 59.74 coordinates to find Third memory
And the last one memoryis at 57.33 56.73 spot (Alcove entrance).

"Final memory" is not upwards. You have to go down and check for the cave entry at Tomtom 57.38, 56.78.

I present Chasing a Memory part of The Path to Ascension Storyline Quest Chain in Bastion

Quest Name:	Start and description
1. Chasing a Memory	Pick Up quest from Kleia 54 73.5 and go to Mikanikos 55 64.
2. Directions Not Included	You need to find Locus Manual you can pick it up from scrols on ground rate is low. Do this quest together with The Prime's Directive.
3. The Prime's Directive	collect 12 Centurion Core is droping from mobs. return quest to Mikanikos 57 62.
4. The Mnemonic Locus	Use extra skill on 57.1 61.7
5. What's In a Memory?	Speak with Mikanikos kill the mobs and collect 10 Memory of the Forsworn and then press on fragment of Lysonia.
6 Lysonia's Truth	press on 4 Soul Mirror 58 64.5 - 58.9 62.7 - 59.5 59.5 - 57.2 54.5 is like in the cave.
7 I MADE You!	speak with Mikanikos and defeat Locus-Keeper Mnemis.
8 Mnemis, At Your Service	You need to find Ceremonial Offering 59.8 583 and Carved Kyrian Idol 60.6 61.9 they are in case. Then go to Locus-Keeper Mnemis 58.8 65.2.
9 The Vault of the Archon	First click on 2 Vault Guardian they are on left and right then go inside. Inside first go on left and speak with Mikanikos then move back to Kleia to help Her with killing mobs after last wave go inside tunnel on right to speak with Vault-Keeper Mnemis.
10 A Paragon's Reflection	Press on 6 Eye to activate them
11 Leave it to Mnemis	Move back and use Anima Gateway 57.7 67.2

The final memory is inside the cave not up top on the pathway.

Couldn't activate the first mirror. Kept showing a cog instead of a hand, disabled all addons and it worked. Did the quest with default UI and then went back to ElvUI and my addons.

It's pretty obvious who the Shrouded Figure is if you pay attention to their profile. It's also fairly obvious from the storyline so far.

It's the Paragon of Loyalty Devos, which is kind of made obvious because her underling the Hand of Loyalty attacked Purity

what many of these idiots fail to mention above is that the place where you see the memory is in a cave.

I spent ages pointlessly searching around on the higher level.

too many people make far too many vague entries that are in fact quite often less than helpful

So you've come to the spot on the map where you've got to do the final memory...and nothing. It's below you in a cave. Run over to the edge of the cliff and it's right below. I'll leave it to you how to get down there, (I used a Goblin Glider Kit).

Took me forever to find the final memory spot.

You have to jump down from the rocks near where the spot on the path is, and there’s a memory vault/cave to enter

If you're a druid and the mirrors are bugged (Laser animation starts and ends almost immediately), take off your form.

Stand before a Soul Mirror and witness memories from Lysonia's past.

Description

If I had not seen it with my own eyes, I do not know that I would believe such a thing is possible. You carry a significant piece of Lysonia within you, now. Go to the Soul Mirrors and open yourself to them. With luck, they will draw from her essence to draw forth a memory of the Forsworn. If this works, we may know what they are planning within minutes!
