Rewarded my Shaman Alt with a raid finder (187) level Venerated Anima Spherule. I wonder if this reward changes based on level of Raid completion? My shaman has not completed Castle more than the raid finder wings available (First two as of this post).

The vendor you'll talk to is located at 66.39 22.06 in Elysian Hold. This vendor also shows the rewards for the 194 tokens as well. But that isn't what is given to you. You're given the 187 Raid Finder version.

So I am a prot pally lacking a decent shield, I have a 200 weapon hoping this quest rewards me a token for the shield. No luck with drops pally. Does anyone know if it gives you the option or just a weapon is your only choice.

I've done 29 combined "Normal difficulty" boss kills in Castle Nathria and 3 Heroic boss kills, also got LFR version.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Convene the Paragons	Quest start from Polemarch Adrestes at Elysian Hold in Bastion 55 42. First use Echo of Aeons bell behind Polemarch Adrestes then go up. Listen to the conversation
2 Before the Dawn	"Gather the Watchers, Bearers, Centurions, and Collectors in order: 1 Watchers go to 59 73, use 3 Vesper of Harmony bells behind fillars then speak with Eridia. 2 Bearers go to 41 56 and speak with Apolon 3 Centurions go to 51 19 and speak with Sika 4 Collectors go to 40 20 to get ther use Transport Pad 41 23. Speak with Pelagos then help Him to slay His Shadoweaver. At end speak with Arios Riftbearer At last Meet Your forces at 31 23."
3 The Greater Good	"To start speak with Polemarch Adrestes Then go by stage: Stage 1 - Enter the Citadel of Loyalty Stage 2 - Slay mobs untill 100%. You will get 3 companion: Pelagos, Kleia and Mikanikos that will give you spell on extra bar ( Use it is doing good dmg ) Spells: 1.Sigil of Clarity 2.Valorous Charge 3. Supercharged Canister You can use them only in rotation 1->2->3->1->2->3. Stage 3 - Slay Adonias and Phaedra ( They share HP. Stage 4 - go to Truthbringer 26 24 use left coridor ( right is blocked xD ) Stage 5 - SLay mobe to stop them from activating Truthbringer. Stage 6 - Take the gateway to the temple 24 22. Stage 7 - Get Lysonia to 60% HP. Stage 8 - Rally to Elysian Hold jump on Chyrus to get there He will fly to You. Final Stage - Defeat Lysonia."

5 An Earned Bond	First speak with Mikanikos He is on botom in Elysian Hold to do Soulbind: Mikanikos.
6 Our Realm Reclaimed	Witness the Crest of Ascension become empowered by the Temple of Loyalty. speak with Polemarch Adrestes to start. after this quest storyline is done and 1 Renown rewarded.

Previous Quest: The Greater Good

Coordinate information is at the bottom.

For this escort quest you can actually move on ahead and the two will continue walking without you needing to be there. So feel free to run up ahead to the objective. A heads up you will need to wait at the turn spot (or you can follow the two) until the reach the destination spot which will take 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Rewards:

This quest line will reward you with a token to purchase a LFR weapon or offhand/shield for your specific class. You will take this token to Kelli Hoo (coordinates below) in order to redeem your weapon.
Despite Wowhead only able to show the tokens at a 200 Item Level the weapon/offhand/shield you will receive is a 187 Item Level.

Wowhead you need to update the info here and on the Kyrian Campaign guide. This quest DOES NOT GIVE RENOWN (it gives Abominable Anima Spherule), only the last one Our Realm Reclaimed does.

I find it odd that this quest makes you choose between a Weapon or an Off-hand...
Night Fae rewards you with both regardless of spec.

Anyone else ever so slightly nauseated by this quest being Kyrestia's "Grace"? The delusional iron-fisted autocrat "graciously" let Uther live, when it was her own fault Devos and Uther rebelled in the first place? Kyrestia is utterly incapable of seeing what's in front of her face. "He was killed by a weapon forged in the Maw? Impossible, nothing escapes the Maw." Okay but one of your own Paragons is telling you what she saw in his memories, maybe... I dunno... look into it?

I kept hoping throughout the Bastion storyline that Kyrestia might become more sympathetic, someone whose motivations actually make *sense*. But nope, not so much. I am *really* hopeful that this quest in specific is foreshadowing a "new Forsworn" movement in 9.1 where Tuvok– err, Thenios pushes for some much needed change among the Kyrian. Among other things, how about an immediate halt to ferrying the dead to Oribos? We *know* they're all going to the Maw whether they deserve it or not. It'd be infinitely better to let them linger on their home worlds uncollected. And then you could have a fun world event on Azeroth, too. If they don't do this in 9.1 it's going to be a huge missed opportunity.

You don't actually have to escort the dude while he slow-walks all the way across the map. You can just fly to where Polemarch Adrestes rezzes and wait there until the turn-in pops (at 66.45, 16.53).

God I wish they would allow you skip all these slow-walking-tons-of-blaber-dialogued campaign quests for your alts who just do it for the transmog. But no...

Description

I remember this particular soul...Uther. Devos brought him before us some time ago. She pleaded her case about his soul having a connection to the Maw. She then took him under wing, ascending him before he was ready. He became her other hand alongside Lysonia, as it were. He may proclaim a change of heart, but we shall see. Place him under guard. He may stay by the Archon's grace, but I will not take any chances with one so...broken.
