You start this campaign quest by hitting Renown 17.

Once you pick it up you will hop on the flight master and head to the Refugee Camp in Ardenweald. (It is the flight path that is located above the Heart of the Forest text on the map and to the right of the giant tree).

After arriving you will meet Lord Herne (coordinates below) and you will right-click him to start the conversation where he will turn you into a wisp and take you up to meet the Winter Queen otherwise trying to enter yourself will just get you booted out. Now that you have been teleported up Pelagos will be to your right and you will need to talk to him to initiate the conversation.

To get back down you can talk to Attendant Shimmerwing who is located behind you. If you get ported down to the other side of the tree you will need to make your way to Willowblossom (coordinates below).

if your having issues finding this quest, check the "Calling" quest NPC's, i had to pick up the calling quests before i sore it on 1 of them

Hi all

I present A Vessel of Ardenweald Storyline. Full Storyline have 13 quests. This is a part of Covenant Campaign. To start this story line you need to have Renown on level 17.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Meet the Queen	Quest start from Polemarch Adrestes at Elysian Hold in Bastion 55 42. Fly to Heart of the Forest in Ardenweald 47 53. First speak with Lord Herne and you will e moved to Queen. Then speak with Pelagos and listen to the conversation. After speak with Attendant Shimmerwing to get out side.
2 Who Are You Fooling?	Kill mobs to get Sicklethorn Trickster Powder. Pressing on Sicklethorn Trickster Powder You are able to see Conspicuous Object pressing on them you need to find Grubby. This Quest You can do together with Trinkle Trinkle Little Twerp.
3 Trinkle Trinkle Little Twerp	When doing quest Who Are You Fooling? by killing mobs you will loot Sicklethorn To-Do List. That start Quest and You need to slay Trinkle the Silk Eater 38 58.
4 Getting Backstage	First move to the Star Lake Amphitheater 41 45. Go on stage you will be kick out. Then use spell on extra bar you will dress up as a tree. now go on stage and move on marks ( care on mobs with vision ) first go mark 41 43 then 40 44. When break start go on back stage and pick up Wreath of Night's Veil Flowers 40 43 then go 41 42 and press on Lady Moonberry's Soap an pick any of 3 options ( I pick last one ).
5 Picking Up Pelagos	Move to 50 68 to see Pelagos.
6 Gorm Ruin Everything	Slay 10 mobs Gorm Secretor or Gorm Rampager. Do this quest together with Evil Grubbies
7 Evil Grubbies	You will get spell on extra bar. Use it to burn 20 Evovling Mite.
8 The Blue Seed	Go to cave 51 77 in entrance will be barricade use spell on extra bar to remove it. Get inside cave and pick up Ripened Anima Seed.
9 Seeds Away!	Speak with Willowblossom. And you will fly. Use skill 1 and 2 to kill mobs until 100% ( skill 1 small aoe and dmg but 1s cd, Skill 2 large aoe and bigger dmg but 5 sec cd ). After all you will land and now move to Pelagos 45 65.
10 I Dreamed A Dream	First speak with Pelagos will be Movie after pick up Vessel of Ardenweald
11 A Bittersweet Prize	Deliver the Vessel of Ardenweald to Polemarch Adrestes at Elysian Hold in Bastion.
12 Heart of the Crest	Place the Vessel of Ardenweald at the Crest of Ascension 43 64.
13 A New Age	Activate the Crest of Ascension. You will get nice rewards: Eternal Phalynx of Courage, Grubby, Selfless Wings of the Ascended and 1 point of Renown.

Just hit renown 17 and Polemarch Adrestes doesn't have this quest. Am I missing something?

There are a couple of play references during this questline, the obvious one being the quest titled "I Dreamed a Dream" as in the song sung by Fantine in Les Miserables. There is also a reference to the Ember Island Players episode of Avatar the Last Airbender where you and Willowblossom prank Lady Moonberry and later she comments on Willowblossom's constant pranking and replies that she "wouldn't have it any other way", a direct quote from the actor who plays Aang and calls herself an incurable prankster.

Did I miss any others? I'm not super up on theater stuff, just thought those two hits were cute.

When Willowblossom says "race you downstairs" I jumped off and flew down trying to race her down.

Little did I know i had been tricked! When I got near the ground it teleported me outside to the east of the tree, and placed Willowblossom to the west of the tree.

I tried running through the tree to get to Willowblossom, and it kept teleporting me back outside the east of the tree, so I tried running south, around the tree, and the same thing happened. Quite the conundrum!

The solution to this elaborate ruse is to run around the north of the tree to get to Willowblossom.

You need to get to chapter 7 of the Kyrian Campaign (renown 17+). Open Quest Log, your progress is at the top.

As of Dragonflight prepatch it isnt possible to speak to Lord Herne. He gives generic flavor text but the quest doesnt proceed. Tried with and without addons, abandoning and picking it back up twice and reloading. Its just bugged it seems.
