Probably one of my least favorite quests this xpac. There aren't as many weapons as you'd think, so you have to hunt for them and the slimes seem to be linked to them.

The slimes seem setup so they are guaranteed to drop nothing but garbage. So just seems like a very long quest.

Really poorly designed quest. There are very few weapons lying around and they are made very little obvious to notice them. This quest gave me a headache and I am only 8/12 done so far. UGH!

Edit: mostly weapons can be found on the edges of the arena, where those oozes are. Very few are in the middle. (where most contesters usually die)

I present Theater of Pain Storyline. This Story line have 14 Quests. This Story line is a part of Sojourner of Maldraxxus.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 I Could Be A Contender	Quest you taking from Anzio the Infallible 50 51 Maldraxxus. Go to speak with Louison 54 48.
2 The Last Guy	First slay Deadeye 55 33 then pick up 5 Dead Newcomer they are around. This quest do together with How to Get a Head.
3 How to Get a Head	Slay boar after use close to them Louison's Gristle Cutter to get 12 Bloodtusk Skull. then deliver skulls to Marcel Mullby 54 49.
4 Team Spirit	Go on arena and throw Flask of Team Spirit on 15 Arena Challenger. Care on Elite mob on mid of arena xD. This quest You can do together with Stuff We All Get.
5 Stuff We All Get	Go on arena and pick up from ground 12 Weapons of the Fallen.
6 Test Your Mettle	You need to defete Valuator Malus 53 49 and Tester Sahaari 55 46 Speak with them to start fight.
7 ...Even The Most Ridiculous Request!	"This Quest you take from Overseer Kalvaros 54 51. In quest first Speak in oreder with: 1. Gunn Gorgebone 53 51 show will start Ten use spell on extra bar ( if you done it to late just do it one more time ). 2. Scrapper Minoire 53 50 3. Rencissa the Dynamo 54 51 You will need to bring The Biggest Rock You Can Find is oposite to quest giver."
8 Juicing Up	Take Quest from Scrapper Minoire 53 50. Go to speak with So'narynar 53 47.
9 Side Effects	You need to buy Necessary Enhancers from Au'larrynar ( is next to quest giver ) Then go to speak with Scrapper Minoire 53 50. Return quest to Overseer Kalvaros 54 51.
10 This Thing of Ours	Take Quest from Louison 54 48 then go to speak with Au'narim 53 47.
11 Leave Me a Loan	Collect 6 Anima Vial by speaking with NPC is camp ( with some of them you will need to fight )
12 Working for the Living	Use Broker Portal on right side. You will get in new map, You need to kill mobs until 100% or press on Broker Cagetrap ( one is giving 7% ). When you get to 100 move to 68 57 and capture Khogov the Expunger you need to get him to 1% HP. Then go back thru portal.
13 A Sure Bet	Take quest from Louison 54 48 then go to see Anzio the Infallible 50 51.
14 The Ladder	Defeat 3 opponents within the Theater of Pain. Just go on arena to kill Elite mobs, after You will kill one next one will come in 1 min. After finish this Quest You will finish Story line.

This quest took 5 minutes. You don't have to kill anything to get the items, they aren't drops. You will have to kill a lot of slimes altogether, but never more than 2 or 3 at a time. The things you have to pick up are outlined in yellow on the ground around the pit where all the bosses are being killed in the Theater of Pain. Just wander around the outside of the ring, picking up outlined objects on the ground, or on steps, kill slimes as they come. It goes pretty fast :)

It wasn't difficult, don't be scared of it :) Maybe it has changed a lot from what the first 2 posters said, but as of patch 9.0.2 it is easy and fast :)

Allocate about an hour and/or a solid podcast to find 12 doodads, even if you're the only player in the area.

This quest is a reference to a line from "The Office" where Michael Scott suggests that "swag" means "stuff we all get."

Description

A lot of competitors meet their end in the Theater of Pain. But their weapons are still good as new! It can get expensive to equip a fresh recruit, especially if you're not sure they'll survive their first bout. That's why we outfit them with "slightly used" armaments. Gather them up for me, would you? Can't let a good weapon go to waste!
