Don't be like me and disenchant the reward from this quest. You need it for the next quest: Create Your Own Strength. Had to use an item restore to get it back.

For those like me trying to figure out what pieces to buy for alts, this quest rewards a choice of hands, legs, or feet.

Not sure why it isn't listed here but upon completing this quest you also receive your choice of one of the following:

Benthic Leggings (Legs)
Benthic Treads (Feet)
Benthic Gauntlets (Hands)

Not sure if this is bugged on alts, but I can not pick this quest up. I've definitely completed Harnessing The Power and Back Out To Sea, but this still isn't available.

Description

We cannot hide here forever, <name>. We have to deal with Azshara.

We will need to assault her palace but we do not know what defenses she has in place. I dispatched a scouting team while you were gone and they have not reported back.

I cannot afford to lose any more people. Speak with Spiritwalker Ussoh. His abilities will let us see where the scouts are.
