Strategy
I used one pet for all 3 combatants, named the Eldritch Manafiend found in Azsuna, near Ley-Runs of Zarkhenar.
I used these skills:
Arcane Blast
Surge of Power
Soulrush

I didn't record my step by step process but generally, I used Arcane Blast until the enemy pet's life was roughly 700-800 under, using either Surge of Power or Soulrush to finish them off. Being in Recovering state didn't put it in danger and was able to withstand all the different enemy type attacks, including being type effective to Clubber.

Soloable with nexus whelpling (1,2,2).

Start with any pet.

Nexus Whelpling will be switched in.

Use Arcane Storm then Mana Surge on cooldown.

Use Tail Sweep as needed.

What worked for me was, Direhorn Runt 1-1-2 for the first two, shield on CD and alternate Trihorn charge and Horn attack, plus Thornclaw Broodling 1-2-2, web-swarm-rend and cycle

Soloable with Amethyst Spiderling (2-2-1) probably any spider with "Brittle Webbing, "Poison spit" "Leech life"
Just keep webbing up and do a "Leech - Spit - Leech" in between all webbings

Start with a leveling pet and the spider will be forced in

Third slot could be a darkmoon tonk or similar to finish off the two beasts if you are unlucky with the spider.

Chaos Pup and Kun-Lai Runt can 2 man this fight.

Chaos Pup - Eyeblast/Dreadful Breath/Nether Gate
Kun-Lai Runt - Thrash/Mangle/Rampage

Chaos Pup can use Eyeblast on CD and Dreadful Breath as a filler to damage the entire team. When Clubber dies out comes Squirt, just use Nether Gate to swap in Squeezer. Squeezer just heals the entire time so Dreadful Breath will knock out Squirt in the back. Switch out for Kun-Lai Runt and use Rampage, within 2 rounds you have won.

In case you're doing Pet Battle World Quests, but don't do pet battles or aren't sure of how to do them, read on!

This expansion is super duper easy for these World Quests. The opponent's pets scale to your pets levels. Many of these fights your opponents have abilities like this one where it'll switch you out. If you throw in lvl 1's, they won't know these moves so they just have their basic attack. That being said, typing is super important so it'll allow you to win super easy.

This opponent uses a Flying and two Critter typed ~~Pokèm~~-- errr battle pets. Magic is strong on Flying and Beast beats out Critter so as long as you have level 1's of these, you can take this fight on no problem! I used two typical cat battle pets and an eyeball for the magic and both overpowered based on typing alone. This works for all Pet Battle Quests in the BFA zones so use it to your advantage!

Brightpaw (1,2,1) can mostly solo this. Prowl => Arcane Dash almost one-shots each opponent pet. Begin with other pet in first slot and Brightpaw in second slot so it gets pulled in.

Solo'd this with a Sprite Darter Hatcling; 2,2,1

My pet was in my 3rd slot to be summoned in. I used a random pet in slot 1.

Moonfire on Cooldown, Spam Arcane Blast and use Life Exchange when your health starts to get low. I used it when I killed the first pet and the second pet to normalise my health against a fresh hp pool of the new foe.

my strat: carry pet + Nexus Whelpling + Xu-Fu.

With my Xu-Fu and Nexus Whelpling at the same base health (1400), and the carry pet in the lead position, Clubber consistently swapped in the Nexus Whelpling (who I slotted in the middle position, fwiw).

Once the Nexus Whelping is in, it's a straightforward fight: Arcane Storm + Mana Surge will decimate most of the opposing team, and when you bring in Xu-Fu, use Moonfire and spam Spirit Claws the rest of the way.

Side note: I've found Xu-Fu to be extremely useful for several BFA trainers -- there are a handful with a mixture of Flight/Critter, and Xu-Fu's magic+beast abilities cross over nicely for them.

The following spoiler tag contains the rematch code, with fight instructions for this fight. It uses the Infernal Pyreclaw and is able to level 2 carry pets of level 1 each.

The second carry pet must have less HP than the Pyreclaw.

This strategy came from morazor#2212 on Xu-Fu's Pet Battle Strategies.

If you don't know how to use the Rematch addon have a look at the Wowhead guide I wrote, which also includes the Rematch code for this and all BGA Pet Battle World quests (so you can import all the teams and fights at once rather than one at a time).

I was able to solo this with Stormborne Whelpling 2-2-2, start with a leveling pet, it will get swapped anyway, then use Arcane Storm and Mana Surge, Frost Breath as filler. Had a Zandalari Anklerender 2-1-2 as backup if anything failed.

Won like this on my first try.

I was able to solo this with Alterac Brew-Pup 1-2-2. Just use a random pet as it gets swapped anyway.

It seems that Blizzard has fixed the AI of third pet (Squeezer crab). Now he doesn't spam heals like a madman.

Team:

Level 1 Pet (anything)
Stormborne Whelpling (x2) {2,2,2} (P/S)

(Anything with Arcane Storm and Mana Surge will do the trick. A magic based 3rd attack helps.)

Strategy:

Start with the levelling pet. It will get swapped out without taking damage.
Arcane Storm on CD
Mana Surge on CD
Frost Breath to fill

The one thing you can do to make it more efficient, is to not Mana Surge when Dive is active, and when Bubble is active. Instead use Frost Breath at that point.

With Safari hat on, the level 1 pet got 6.7k and jumped to level 14.
Had no problem with Squeezer, who just used Renewing Mists

NB: They've since nerfed all the xps provided by pet battles in BFA

Family Battler teams

Currently (as of 8.0.1), Sizzik's third pet Squeezer will just refresh Renewing Mists if it's below 90%, making it a bit of a pushover, this may get fixed.

Humanoid
Slot 1, Any Humanoid pet, I used Kun-Lai Runt(1,x,1)
Slot 2, Wyrmy Tunkins(2,1,1)
Slot 3, Hogs(2,x,2)
-Round1 Pass, Wyrmy enters. Corrosion, Jar of Smelly Liquid, Nether Gate, Clubber dies in the back row.
-Squirt enters, I use Jar of Smelly Liquid first to soften his Dive damage, take the hit on Wyrmy and then swap out to Hogs.
-Hogs uses Maul once and then Bites until Squirt dies.
-Squeezer uses Bubble first, so carry on using Bite to burn through the bubbles, and resume using Maul on cooldown after.
-If Hogs dies, Slot 1 Pet comes in hot with any beast type abilities to finish the fight.

Dragonkin
Slot 1, Any Dragonkin with Claw or Bite
Slot 2, Nexus Whelpling(1,2,2)/Stormborne Whelpling(1,2,2)
Slot 3, Chrominius (1,2,1)
-Round1 Pass, Whelpling enters. Arcane Storm, Mana Surge, Clubber dies. Unless you crit, Squirt will be "underwater" so use Arcane Storm to do some back row damage. Tail Sweep x2 and get off a Mana Surge if you can, Whelpling dies.
-Enter Chrominius, Kill squirt with a Ravage, and Bite spam should finish off the fight. Pet slot 1 as backup.

Flying
Slot 1, Any Flying pet, I used Swamplighter Firefly(1,2,1)
Slot 2, Direbeak Hatchling(1,2,1)
Slot 3, Teroclaw Hatchling(1,2,2)
-Round1 Pass, Direbeak enters. Falcosaur Swarm! then Predatory Strike finishes off Clubber. Ironskin and Pass to let Direbeak take the Dive damage, then swap out to Teroclaw.
-Nature's Ward, Ravage, Claw x1, swap back to Direbeak while Squirt is underwater. Falcosaur Swarm and a Predatory Strike to finish Squirt.
-If your Direbeak made it this far, use Falcosaur Swarm again to try to burn through some bubbles. Finish the fight however you please.

Undead
Slot 1, Any Undead pet, I used Nerubian Swarmer(2,1,2)
Slot 2, Widget the Departed(2,2,1)
Slot 3, Infested Bear Cub(2,2,1)
-Round1 Pass, Widget enters. Call Darkness, Spectral Strike then spam Spirit Claws until Clubber dies. Use another Spectral strike on Squirt when you can (for the 100% hit chance), otherwise spam Spirit Claws until Widget Dies. Bring in Infested Bear Cub.
-Use Roar and Maul which should finish, Squirt.
-From here, use Roar to burn through Bubbles, Maul on Cooldown and Hibernate if needed. Slot 1 Pet as backup.

Critter
SNAILS! Any Snails/Whelks with Ooze Touch, Acidic Goo and Headbutt.
-Acid Goo and Ooze Touch Clubber to death. After this just maintain Acidic Goo, keep Headbutt on cooldown (obviously don't waste it on Dive or Bubble), Ooze Touch for filler.

Magic
Slot 1, Any Magic pet, I used Brightpaw(2,2,1)
Slot 2, Empowered Manafiend(1,2,1)
Slot 3, Arcane Eye(x,2,2)
-Round1 Pass, Manafiend enters. Arcane Storm and Arcane Blast Clubber to Death.
-Squirt Enters, Arcane Blast x3 (once more if you think it's safe to), then Surge of Power before dying. Enter Eye of Power after.
-Drain Power, Mana Surge, Squirt should be dead.
-Focused Beam through his 2 bubbles then resume Mana Surge. Slot 1 Pet as backup.

Elemental
Slot 1, Any Elemental pet, I used Tiny Bog Beast(1,2,2)
Slot 2, Corrupted Blood(2,x,2)
Slot 3, Electrified Razortooth(1,2,1)
-Round1 Pass, Corrupted Blood enters. Spam Ooze Touch until Clubber dies. Scorched Earth against Squirt, and after he comes up from his Dive, hit him with an Explode. Bring in Electrified Razortooth.
-Rip, Blood in the Water, Devour. Squirt Dies.
-Rip through bubble, then repeat the steps from facing Squirt.

Beast
Xu-Fu, Cub of Xuen(1,2,2) took out the first two pets for me buy using Prowl, Moonfire and then Spirit Claws spam. Any Beast types can finish from there. I used Zandalari Anklerender(2,2,2) and Stunted Direhorn(1,1,1)

Aquatic
Slot 1, Any Aquatic pet, I used Speedy(1,2,1)
Slot 2, Moonshell Crab(1,1,1) - Must have less health than Slot 3 pet.
Slot 3, Any Turtle/Tortoise/Terrapin/Snapling with Bite/Healing Wave/Headbutt combo.
-Round1 Pass, enter Moonshell Crab. Use Shell Shield, Renewing Mists, then spam Arcane Slash until Clubber Dies.
-Refresh Shell Shield and Renewing Mists while Squirt is Diving and hitting Moonshell, then swap out to a Turtle.
-Get Headbutts in when they won't be mitigated, heal when his Dive isn't on cooldown, Bite for filler.

Mechanical
Slot 1, Any Mech pet, I used Rooter(1,1,1)
Slot 2, Stonegrinder(2,2,1)
Slot 3, Lifelike Mechanical Frostboar(2,2,2)
-Round1 Pass, enter Stonegrinder. Supercharge, Clean-Up, and spam Woodchipper until Stonegrinder dies. Bring in Frostboar.
-Assuming Squirt's Dive is on cooldown it's safe to Headbutt. Missile for filler and Pig Out if below 80%.

Seems the pet XP for this got heavily nerfed.
Before 8.1 I could get a lvl 1 pet to 12 here with safari hat, now, during pet week it just got to lvl 4...

Why can't we just have nice things, Blizzard?

Always read the instructions...
In addition to nerfing pet xp for lvling pets, these ach now need to be done with an ALL 25 lvl pet team. Used to be in Legion it just had to be an all family team. So you can get credit for the ach or you can lvl a carry pet. I found out hard way when defeated him with a flying team and had a low lvl first pet to lvl in first slot. Got crap xp for it and no ach.

Well I figured out a team that worked for me.
in this order:
Kun-lai runt. 1-1-1 (not that it really matters in this case)
Nether faerie dragon 2-2-1
alpine foxling 1-2-1

i put my runt first because the first pet kept getting knocked out for a few turns. So this was the safest option in order to get my dragon fighting.
the dragon will swap out right away - get your health on the same page by using life exchange. then use moonfire and arcane blast away afterwards.
that should take care of the first pet you fight.
When the next pet comes, use life exchange again, and by now your runt should be ready to swap out. It isn't really strong enough to withstand the fight, so just use what you can, and when it dies use your foxling.
Howl first, then leap then spam bite. If you need to use your dragon again, do it for life exchange and moonfire, otherwise just stick with the foxling, and you should have the fight in the bag.

Sorry i'm not up with the linking of everything. I'll figure it out another time.

Zandalari Anklerender, Nether Faerie Dragon, Eldritch Manafiend. I should have done 2 beasts instead of 2 magic, but this worked.

Start with Zandalari Anklerender. It will be swapped out for one of your Magic pets, good against the flying first pet. Mine went to Eldritch Manafiend.
Amplify Magic
Soulrush
Arcane Blast until first pet is dead. Continue this against second pet until Eldritch Manafiend dies.

Zandalari Anklerender:
Leap finished the second pet.
Black Claw
Hunting Party. This killed the last pet, even though it had Bubbled.

I never even needed the Nether Faerie Dragon but I like to have a strong third pet as backup anyway.

For Family Battler/Human Resources:

Anubisath Idol H/H (1,1,1)
Curious Wolvar Pup P/P (2,1,2)
Kun-Lai Runt P/B (1,1,1) or any level 25 Humanoid pet for backup

I can't say whether the breeds matter or how much RNG affects this as it worked the first time for me. The Idol soloed the first two pets and the Wolvar finished the third. The runt provided backup but wasn't used. The battle was so long and repetitive (36 rounds) that I'm just showing the priority of attacks not the full listing.

Anubisath Idol vs. Clubber:
Round 1: Deflection (prevents the 5-round CC), Idol is swapped for your lowest health pet
Round 2: Swap back to Idol
Round 3: Sandstorm
Rounds 4 through ?: Refresh Sandstorm when it falls off > Deflection on CD > Crush until Clubber dies

Anubisath Idol vs. Squirt:
Continue priority list above except save Deflection for when Squirt uses Dive (you may or may not have Deflection available for the first Dive) until Squirt dies. This takes quite a while as you nibble him down.

Anubisath Idol vs. Squeezer:
Follow the same priority list, but you won't last long.

Curious Wolvar Pup vs. Squeezer:
I started with Snap Trap but Squeezer was immune so start with Maul and repeat on CD, fill in with Bite. Took 5 rounds to kill Squeezer.

I ended up using;
Ikky (lvl 7 so I needed to get him up for this expansion)
Brightpaw (1, 1 , 2)
Zandalari Anklerender (2, 1, 2)
The Zandalari Anklerender was called in to replace Ikky from Clubber using his switch move on the first turn. I figured I was boned at that point but switched out to Brightpaw on the next turn. Everything worked out fine so this may help some out.

Nexus Whelping 1-2-2 Nether Faerie Dragon 2-2-1 Alpine Foxling Kit 1-2-1
I put nether faerie in after nexus was knocked out, it solo'd the first two pets with life steal, moonfire and arcane blast.
Alpine took out the 3rd pet - howl leap bite.
Play around with this, its very rng all 3 of these pets were good for me, the fox is especially good on squeezer so I tried to save fox for the last rounds.

Don't be in a hurry to return and fight this guy again. My first win, I got that very nice battle-stone. But I came back later, he was ready to fight me again, sure. But when I finally won ... no prize at all :(
