This is just another simple GO TO quest. Deputy Willem (loc. 48.2/42.9) instructs you to go and speak with Eagan Peltskinner (loc. 48.9/40.2) who is located on the western wall of the Northshire Abbey.

After you've spoken with Marshal McBride and been assigned your first task, if you speak with Deputy Willem, he'll point you in the direction of the local skinner, Eagan Peltskinner. Go speak with Eagan and you will be assigned another task.
