You have to travel up to the hill to 74.2 30.7 spot, there's highlighted door.
Use filled Dead Ringer to make it opened. There're a lot of mobs around.

so currently on beta (build 27075) there's no follow up quest for some people (it's meant to chain to Storm's End ), ~~beta players are speculating you have to do stormsong first otherwise it doesn't trigger.~~

edit: ok we're about a week from go live, beta build 27291, I've done this zone 7 times now. I've confirmed that a) it's not class locked (2/7 success was on a druid) b) it totally phases correctly if you do SS first and c) it totally phases correctly if you start but don't complete Drustvar and skip over to SS

as I originally said I'm sure Blizzard will fix it (and they might have fixed it) since it's a pretty big deal but yea FYI if you hand in the quest and are left sitting wondering wtf is going on

Use the Dead Ringer to open the sealed door, you can find it by going along the road up the mountain.

Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. A House Divided	Brother Pike - Join Brother Pike outside Sagehold. northwest not far awey.	Brother Pike
2. The Storm Awakens	Brother Pike - Rally 12 Defectors. They are hide in houses ( you geting 3 ) and single around houses in Sagehold. Be careful to not pull Umbral Hulk ! Taelia will move on north	Taelia
3. A Clean Slate	AUTO START - This Quest i starting Auto but you need to have started The Storm Awakens ( I done them bouth is same time ). With out nothing will pop up. Just kill mobs and destroy things in Sagehold.	AUTO FINISH
4. Twisted Intentions	Samuel Williams - You need to kill 2 mobs: Bound Tempest and Enthralled Tidefury. Bouth in Sagehold one in southwest other on northeast.	Taelia
5. The Abyssal Council	Taelia - Kill Wavespeaker Reid He is in chamber northwest. Taelia will be wait for you behind bridge on east side.	Taelia
6. Oathbound	Tideguard Victoria - She is in mid of Sagehold. You need to get Rod of Tides northwest. Tideguard Victoria will be wait for you behind bridge on east side.	Tideguard Victoria
7. Eye of the Storm	Tideguard Victoria - You need to escort Tideguard Victoria you will be attack 5 times and at the end she'll sacrifice so you can escape .... sad	Brother Pike
8. A Bridge Too Far	Brother Pike - Stand on middle and use spell on your extra action bar. You will made bridge :D.	Brother Pike
9. Lost and Forgotten	Brother Pike - Cross bridge and kill mobs to get to 100%. You will have company :D.	Awakened Tidesage
10. Sealed Fate	Brother Pike - Destroy 3 tidemother's: Tidemother's Wrath, Tidemother's Radiance and Tidemother's Pride all in Tempest'S Edge.	Awakened Tidesage
11. The Final Ascent	Awakened Tidesage - You need to open Gate use for that Dead Ringer and get inside.	Brother Pike
12. Storm's End	Brother Pike - After accept will start animation. Then kill Azshj'thul the Drowned. Brother Pike will wait on cliff. After finish this quest you will reach part of Stormsong and Dance.	Brother Pike

Description

Beyond this gate lies Lord Stormsong... and our retribution. It seems he has sealed it tight, likely to buy himself time to finish whatever foul ritual awaits us. Release the souls within the Dead Ringer when you are ready. I will direct them into the binding holding the gate shut. From there, we find Stormsong and end this once and for all.
