In order to start the scenario, you'll have to click on Blightcaller's Easy Death, which is right in front of Nathanos Blightcaller.

After you complete the quest, you'll be offered Welcome to Zuldazar.

When you drink the Blightcaller's Easy Death, you do die. However, when you release, you resurrect in the same place where you died. No long run from Elwynn Forest.

You can find the Skyhorn eagles that will fly you to Stormwind on top of the Orgrimmar gates.

To start this scenario you need to talk with Nathanos Blightcaller.
Take Blightcaller's Easy Death from the table in front of Nathanos Blightcaller.
I never used this item, so you can just forget about it if you want to.
Or you can use it and rez at the same place where you died.
Scenario takes 20-25 mins.
You came to save High Lord Saurfang (He was captured in The Battle for Lordaeron)
He refuses to go with you and instead of him you find Zandalari prisoners Princess Talanji and Zul the Prophet.
Burn the Stormwind and escape.
When you follow Rokhan in stealth in the middle of this scenario, try to stay close to him.

In case you reach the boat and no one is there to talk with you, relog and you'll be able to finish the scenario and start your journey in Zuldazar.

Great scenario for the first time but I hope there is going to be an option to skip it. Way to long to play trough on every toon.

When following in stealth, be sure to dismiss pets, demons, minions, ectera, before jumping off the bridge into the water. If not, they will bring about 4 guards with them down the stairs to you and reset the part.

This is part of Horde BoA starting quest chain and the main scenario of new addon.
After speaking to Nathanos grab Blightcaller's Easy Death from the table nearby.
Travel to the main gates of Orgrimmar and find Skyhorn Eagle up to the gates.
No points to write full walkthrough of the quest as it contains a lot of spoilers and cinematics.
It just takes around a half of hour to finish, so be ready.

this scenario is bugged for me. The Princess do not want to cast his spell against the Silence and brake the magic walls in the Stage 5

I could not escape Gennifer and died. I resurrected somewhere safe, but I am not ready to take on the elites blocking where we are supposed to meet up.

Attention - if you are "bugged" on Step 7 of the scenario because you died to Jaina or Genn Greymane. When you respawn at the graveyard, run back towards your troll Allies and make sure you kill that first group of 3 stormwind soldiers at the top of the stairs to get your Allies to start moving again. Otherwise they will remain non-reactive and continue to let Jaina and Genn slaughter you unmolested.

If you find you're stuck on stage 7 and keep dying, drink the potion (if you haven't already) run back and kill one of the worgens that's zapping against the shield. You'll move on!

The Warchief Awaits popped up after first login with a level 110 toon one week after prepatch for BfA.
If you completed the story with one character (of the same faction), you can talk to Sylvanas "I have heard this tale before" to skip the chain after accepting The Warchief Commands (step 2). You'll get teleported to the south of Darkshore with access to World Quests.
You will need to complete the previous chapters to unlock the following ones (chapter 1, The Battle for Lordaeron (chapter 3, step 2) and The Stormwind Extraction (chapter 4, step 6) can be skipped after completing it once).

Chapter 1 (unlocked 07/24/2018):

The Warchief Awaits - meet Lady Sylvanas Windrunner in Undercity (use the middle doorway in the Apothecarium to reach her -> /way Undercity 53.22 62.73 Entrance). Don't use the teleporter from Silvermoon to go to Uc, this might kill you
The Warchief Commands - travel to Crossroads and meet High Overlord Saurfang - you can skip this step and the rest of this chapter, if you completed it on an other character before
A Quick Diversion - travel to Astranaar in Ashenvale and meet Lorash
Everybody Has a Price - dismount and use your extrabutton to mark the guards
A Timely Arrival - meet Lady Sylvanas Windrunner
Zoram'gar Outpost - fly to Zoram'gar Outpost and speak to the mentioned NPC. Return to Astranaar
On The Prowl - turn in at the border between Ashenvale and Darkshore
Into the Woods - kill 6 enemies
Ripe for the Picking - return to Zoram'gar Outpost
A Quick Flyover - speak to Zarvik Blastwix and kill wisps and trees
An Unstoppable Force - return to the border to Darkshore, pass the wall and wait for Sylvanas. Reload, if she doesn't appear for you
A Glaive Misunderstanding - burn glaives with your Everburning Torch
Clearing Them Out - kill 7 elfs
Blurred Vision - kill 8 owls and 10 furbolgs
The Trees Have Ears - kill Burning Ancient (cinematic after turn in)
The Blackwood Den - kill 10 furbolgs
Aggressive Inspiration - place 3 banners
The Start of Something Good - return to Zoram'gar Outpost
A Very Clear Message - kill 10 elfs
Fueling the Horde War Machine - collect Azerite lying around
A Gift of Azerite - turn in at the marked area
A Wild Ride - click Goblin Hellion, it will transport you. Kill enemies
A Looming Threat - return to Sylvanas and click her dialogue
After that 4 World Quests in Darkshore popped up.

It took around 40 minutes.

Chapter 2 (unlocked on 07/31/2018):

Saurfang Returns - find Saurfang (I got this quest after entering Darkshore)
No Small Mercy - click 8 citizens
Seaside Rendezvous - kill 2 named NPC (Caranne Briarbow and Ariel Stagguard)
Driving Them Out - kill 15 defenders
Killer Queen - fly to the marked area, find Saurfang, watch roleplay and meet Sylvanas at the beach (45.52, 18.26). Click her dialogue (cinematic)

It took around 11 minutes, starting at Darkshore's south & without cinematic.

You will gain War-Torn Reins of the Undercity Plaguebat (teaches Undercity Plaguebat) at the end (reward from Killer Queen) and also get Teldrassil Hippogryph (Smoldering Reins of the Teldrassil Hippogryph) for the other faction at the same time. So you only need to complete the quest chain on one faction to get both mounts, but they are bound to their faction.

Chapter 3 (unlocked on 08/07/2018):

Hour of Reckoning - meet High Overlord Saurfang (popped up after login)
The Battle for Lordaeron - speak to Isabella on the left side, click the dialoge to start the scenario (20 man)- you can skip this scenario, if you completed it on an other character before
- kill enemies to fill the bar
- follow Saurfang and help him to go to the middle of Undercity
- click the dialogue of Uc's citizens to fill the bar
- use Portal to Lordaeron below the bank
- follow Saurfang and kill all enemies in front of Undercity (3 waves) (cinematic when done)
- speak to a Sludge Guard to get Blight Canister. Click Wounded Horde Soldier to fill the bar (cinematic)
- follow Nathanos Blightcaller
- fight against the Alliance (cinematic)
- follow Nathanos Blightcaller again
- wait for her and follow Lady Sylvanas Windrunner (cinematic). You'll get transported to Og after that

It took ca. 27 minutes, starting in Og at Saurfang (ca. 21 without cinematics)

Chapter 4 (unlocked on BfA Release):

A Dying World - travel to Silithus and meet Magni (popped up after login). Speak to Zidormi, if you changed the phasing in Silithus
The Heart of Azeroth - follow Magni to the translocator and click the console's dialogue (cinematic). Speak to Magni
You will get Heart of Azeroth and Have a Heart
Infusing the Heart - use your extrabutton Heart of Azeroth at the azerite ores to fill the bar, go to the middle and click it again
The Speaker's Imperative - go to Orgrimmar (use the transporter behind Magni) and meet Nathanos Blightcaller
Mission Statement - enter Grommash Hold (cinematic) and meet your team in the inn
The Stormwind Extraction - click Blightcaller's Easy Death on the table and go to the wall. Click Skyhorn Eagle, it will transport you to the solo scenario (you can skip this scenario, if you completed the chapter on an other character before and continue with step 7):
- destroy the two padlocks and enter Stormwind's sewer
- go to the marked area and meet Rokhan
- click the door, speak to High Overlord Saurfang (wait for his dialogue is complete before you open the next door. Might bug otherwise)
- go to the mark on the other side, click the door to free the Zandalaris. Follow and defend your team on the way to the northeastern part of the dungeon. Click Stormwind Sewer Access
- speak to Rokhan and follow him. Speak to him again after you jumped into the water, follow again
- kill attackers and follow your team and speak to Nathanos Blightcaller. Follow again
- destroy Icy Barrier
- kill enemies on your way to the nothern dock. Enter your ship and speak to Princess Talanji (cinematic)
Welcome to Zuldazar - follow Princess Talanji
Rastakhan - click Enforcer's Pterrordax, it will transport you to the princess. Talk to her (cinematic)
Speaker of the Horde - speak to Zolani and follow her. Use the elevator and click Horde Banner at the balcony
Re-enter the building and visit the tree chambers. Turn in at the other room at the floor
To Matters at Hand - meet the princess
We Need Each Other cinematic. You get Welcome to Zandalar after turning in
Quest line done - now you can chose your preferred quest area at the map on the table

It took ca. 55 minutes (ca. 50 without cinematics)

If you have already done the whole Stormwind extraction scenario, don't pick up the potion and talk to Nathanos to skip right to the intro to Zandalar city.

The warning in the cinematic where the princess destroys the Alliance fleet : "those who seek your demise are here" could actually be referring to the Horde representatives on her boat, who might betray her, rather than the obvious Alliance ships. That would be such cool foreshadowing.

What a horrible scenario, mine bugged at stage 7, after logging out, trying the potion, getting killed by Genn numerous times and spending hundreds on repairs, I abandoned the quest.

During BETA, the spirit of Rezan would come and break the ice barrier blocking the way to the dock. However, on the release version, Rezan only empowers Talanji's priest bubble shield. Rezan only finally shows up during the post-scenario cinematic. Kinda sad they changed that.

I found Stage 7 to be a problem until I realized we are there to escape, not fight Jaina and Genn Greymane. In fact, you don't need to fight Genn Greymane at all and can avoid him. You need to remain with the group. If you die, they will be just around the corner of the Cathedral where you respawn, go down the steps and around and to the right. The remainder of the scenario is killing a lot of guards until you can board the boat and finally escape.

I discovered the trick to getting stuck at stage 7.

I had to restart the scenario because I had aggroed Genn Greymane and his two guards. Once that happened Genn repeatedly kill me as I approached the dome. The next time I ran the scenario, when I got to stage 7, I realized that the NPCs are not stuck because of Greymane, but rather the non elite worgen that are trying to penetrate the dome. Once you kill all the worgen, the NPCs will "unstick" and let you progress through stage 7.

I repeat ... do not attack Greymane or his two body guards, but instead kill all the worgen bouncing off the dome.

Remember when you're evading an elaborate drone-based city-scale security system, when you're using an unknown and uniquely powerful form of magic to break a carefully prepared prisoner containment ritual, when you're slaughtering troops who're just back from struggling to evacuate even a single survivor from the literally skyscraper-sized inferno that used to be Teldrassil (shame we don't see anyone jumping), when Nathanos is dropping quip-bombs about "the Queen of the Tree Elves," when Blight is an new impossible to counter hotness that Arthas would envy, when you're sailing to Troll Wakanda in glory and not creeping out through a sewer to a rowboat and then to Moist n Moldy not-London, when you're escaping pursuit and annihilating almost the entire enemy faction fleet with that same unstoppable unique magic, when you're facing down an enraged Jaina and managing to escape Genn Greymane's personal pack, when the Alliance shows up at your fortress and not only doesn't take it but your Tactical Genius leader both massacres their forces and evacuates all her people while getting the last word on her pursuers....

Remember the devs favor the Alliance because a king who wasn't part of your faction dies to elevate the heir who owes you her life and freedom.

Remember that.

For the Horde.

I did this quest yesterday on my hunter. I did not enjoy the experience.

Why bother trying to rescue Saurfang when he's not one of the ones we're supposed to rescue? I don't like what Sylvannas has become, no matter that I understand her choices. As a wise man once said, "Understanding does not imply agreement." She's no longer the Dark Lady to whom I swore my allegiance when I was running around in Silverpine Forest as a young hunter.

Ahem. So yeah, I don't like the storyline here. Back to the quest proper.

I got bugged on step five the first time through the quest. That's the part where you're trapped in the magic box and silenced so you can't do anything about it. Or not much. I discovered that you CAN cast traps, and you can use the commands on your pet bar. I thought the idea was that you had to kill all the enemy mages and then the wall would come down. This didn't work. I managed to kill quite a few of them before my pet died - couldn't heal or resummon due to being silenced. I ended up hearthing to Dalaran, taking the portal to Orgrimmar, and doing the whole expletive quest over again - because it won't let you pick up where it bugged.

Got killed in step 7 also (the penultimate fight on the docks), but then figured out to let my allies do the heavy lifting, stay in the dome, and just pick off stragglers. I'm not sure how a melee class is supposed to do this quest.

I've reported it as a bugged quest and I'm very glad that there is a way to skip it on the rest of my alts since I've completed it once.

If, like me, during the "Escape from Cathedral Square" part, you find yourself at the target marker with nothing happening, go back and make sure nothing is holding your companions back. For me, it was a mage that Thalyssra was fighting. I killed it and they started running with me again.

TL;DR: It's not enough to just get to the quest point - you have to bring the whole gang.
