The book is in the room before the last boss (the one with all the non elite Sethrak and the Eye's of Sethralis Puzzle Event) on the right side.

For anyone who doesn't like mythic: You can definitely do this in heroic. I assume also normal because you can get the quest before 120.

Well, I'm not surprised, forcing players to run dungeons so they can further their profession. Blizzard just does NOT get it. Not everyone is in a guild, not everyone just LOVES running pug dungeons because better than half the time the player base is so rude. A friend of mine said just yesterday that he casually mentioned at the start of the dungeon run that it was the first time he was in that particular dungeon. Because he'd never run it before they kicked him. They hadn't even engages the first mob let alone the first boss. They kicked him because he'd never run THAT dungeon. No, not everyone enjoys dungeons.

BUT we would like to level our professions like everyone else. Especially when, as in this case, it's suppose to be JUST for the player doing the profession. A perk for the scribe, in this case. Well, I'm one of those that doesn't belong to a guild, I have my own bank guild and I enjoy solo play. I despise pug groups for so many reasons, such as that I described above. So, this scribe won't be "enjoying" the added perks 8.1.5 has given the players blizzard deems "plays the game correctly". Maybe, they should include in their advertising that it is a requirement to run dungeons several times a day, that it is a requirement to play pvp style at least part of the day. That it is mandatory to join social groups to play this game. At least that would be truth in advertising. Because all the things blizzard does, screams this is how they demand their players play the game. And it is inconsequential, to blizzard, that we're paying them good hard earned money under the false understanding that the game can be played anyway we wish, so long as we don't break any of the rules. (And I've never seen a rule that says we MUST run dungeons, we MUST pvp, we MUST join social groups.) They are there IF we wish to do those aspects of the game. But, apparently, blizzard sees it otherwise.

did sethraliss in a +2 and didn't find the book, probably it's just in Mythic or lesser difficulties

Like for every quest, this cannot be done in MM+ mode

Upon completion it unlocks quests for acquiring 2 more blood contracts:
- Penning In Protection for Blood Contract: Bloodguard
- Brush With Death for Blood Contract: Oblivion

Soloed as Arms Warrior

Make sure to acquire and equip the The Crucible of Flame essence as a major power (center) on your Heart of Azeroth before entering the dungeon (although you can go out and resume if you forgot to equip it before the last boss).

Use Concentrated Flame to heal Avatar of Sethraliss

Each cast heals for 20/40/60k, so the boss will be a cakewalk.
