I present From the Depths They Come quest chain. Part of Stormsong and Dance.

1. Trouble at Fort Daelin	Squire Augustus III - He is in Brennadam. You need to go to Seabreeze Village ( is on west in Stormsong Valley).	Lieutenant Bauer
2a. Freedom for the Sea	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to kill 6 Bound Seasurge they are on west on beach.	Lieutenant Bauer
2b. A Bit of a Bind	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to kill Binder Sa'thress next to Her will stand Servant of Neptulon He will help you after you attack. Don't forget to pick up Songstone from Her body.	Lieutenant Bauer
2c. Caught in the Net	Lieutenant Bauer - You need to free 5 villagers. They are in cages on beach to open them you need to get Fishbone Key ( drop from Zeth'jir Scaleguard and Zeth'jir Tidecaller they are aroung cages and is high drop rate ).	Lieutenant Bauer
3. The Shifting Tides	Lieutenant Bauer - You need ot go to Fort Daelin is on north use bridge to get there.	Rikal
4a. Eeling in a Big One	Rikal - You need to collect 16 Abyssal Fang they droping from Abyssal Eel ( that are the smallest mobs usually in group 2-4 ) they are on northwest and norteast.	Rikal
4b. Filching from Thieves	Rikal - You need to pick up 7 Tidal Beacon they are small all on north.	Rikal
5. You're a Shark	Rikal - Speak with him again. You will be transform in to the shark. Shark will move forword you can only move left right top down, You need to swim on 20 Zeth'jir Deepfighter to eat them, You don't need to use any skill to eat. You have only skill 4 for return - don't Use it after 20 eats you will be teleported back.	Rikal
6a. Facing the Invaders	Specialist Wembley - Slay 15 of the naga forces. All of them are on north.	Specialist Wembley
6b. Reclaiming our Defenses	Specialist Wembley - You need to save 15 Stranded Battalion Soldier all on north.	Specialist Wembley
7a. Any Ammo Will Do	Specialist Wembley - You need to collect 20 Zeth'jir Harpoon. It's droping from Shoalbreach Lance or you can collect them from Zeth'jir Harpoon bouth on west.	Specialist Wembley
7b. Piercing the Shield	Specialist Wembley - You need to find Zeth'jir Channeling Rod it is droping from Zeth'jir Seacaller they are on west.	Specialist Wembley
7c. Problem Solving with Gunpowder	Specialist Wembley - Set 5 Live Explosive Trap you can find them on west you just need to click on them.	Specialist Wembley
8a. A Snake with Three Heads	Specialist Wembley - You need to kill 3 mobs: Lady Rash'iss, Binder Ser'less and Binder Nalashj. To remove barrier use Zeth'jir Channeling Rod all of them you can find on south next to the bridge. Quest is finish to Commander Kellam He is on bridge.	Commander Kellam
8b. Clearing the Delta	Specialist Wembley - Kill 15 naga forces on south. Quest is finish to Commander Kellam He is on bridge.	Commander Kellam
9. From the Depths	Commander Kellam - Pride of Azshara will come alive you need to kill him :D He have over 300k HP. Use for that cannons ( you have 3 of them one is taking around 10% hp ). After finish this quest you will reach part of Stormsong and Dance.	Commander Kellam
10. Back to Brennadam	Commander Kellam - You need to back to Brennadam. I think you dont need to do this quest if you dont have time to do it now.	Squire Augustus III

after doing the last quest "back to Brennadam" the commander there offered me the first quest again "trouble at fort daelin" - im caught in a time loop !

Stupid questline design. Sends you back to the place you just came from after that main story is done. Dont do this quest unless you really want the AP. It's useless. Just do Gadgets and Gizmos Aplenty and Stop Vining! after you come back to Brennedan, or after this quest, to stay on track for doing the story quests in order... apparently NOT AS INTENDED BY BLIZZ. Not sure if you need A Pocketful of Shells and the others offered by Goldfield at his farm to complete the next part of the story. Pretty sure they are side quests.

This quest, Bauer Backup, and Helping Out, Somewhere Else can all be taken and turned in together at the same time.

Broken little breadcrumb quest. It's entirely possible to pick this up *after* completing the chain that it was supposed to lead you to... normally these quests become permanently unavailable, but not this one. Guess someone forgot to flag this one properly.

This has to be the worst and most unimaginative quest chain, you kill naga, go back get more quests to kill more naga, go back to get more quests to kill more naga... Well I was bored with round one... the guards make quick work of kills, kite them over to guards and give yourself a break.

Trouble at Fort Daelin

Report to Lieutenant Bauer at Seabreeze Village.

Description

I was sent to Brennadam by my commanding officer to find a tidesage to help us at Fort Daelin to the west. The naga have started another attack on the bastion, and it's larger than any we have seen. Lieutenant Bauer is in the middle of helping out civilians at the village near the fort, and she could use any help possible.
