As of writing this quest is bugged and incompletable, as the required NPC Galeheart doesn't spawn.

As of 5/21/18, the quest seems to be working fine. Galeheart appears at his location, and yes, as SenteKhazModan stated, you need to be a certain distance from the ship for the UI button to come up. So I think it's safe to assume that the quest is no longer bugged.

Errors encountered on 22/5/18:

1. Ships do not light on fire, blow up or give any visual indicator that they've been bombed.
2. Landing Boat goes underwater to reach The Bloodwake.
3. Taelia says "They're withdrawing," but there's no actual appearance of that.
4. Taelia does not appear in Vigil Hill to accept the quest hand-in.

5. Not a bug, but why does Taelia drop us at the shore rather than just flying us all the way back to Vigil Hill? Talk about time wasting.

Just tried today (5/29/2018) and it is still bugged. You can complete all part of the questline but when you get to Virgil Hill, there is nowhere to turn it back in. I even tried abandoning and redoing the quest and it still didn't work.

To get Azerite Bombs travel to 55.4 67.9 spot, there's a ship, crate on it's deck.
As got the bombs, get down to the shore and take some distance. When extra button appears, destroy the ship.
Next destination point is at 59.0 66.5 point, ride the boat close to The Bloodwake ship and throw a bomb.
Finally, get to 57.6 71.5 point and ride Galeheart to bomb the last ship. Get back to turn in the quest.

So if you don't necessarily care about the quest itself, and just want to continue the Tiragarde Sound story, you can actually skip to "Prepare for Trouble" by going directly to Unity Square near Proudmoore Keep. I was never able to turn in "Righteous Retribution", but I was able to accept "Prepare for Trouble".

As of 6/11/18, you still can not turn in the quest. I tried abandoning the quest and running it again. But I'm still unable to turn it in.

It is bugged, the crate is in the centre of the boat, they put the crate too low. devs need to raise where the crate is, as it is under the floor of the boat. i know this as you can clip your camera through the underbelly of the boat and see the crate floating there

►To destroy the first ship:

You go up to the deck, loot the crate, walk back down the ramp to the land and use the extra action button to throw the bombs. If you still don't see the button while standing around the campfire, you can use the console command:

/click ExtraActionButton1

Travel south of Vigil Hill to collect Azerite Bombs on the ship's deck.
When you step off the ship the extra button will appear allowing you to bomb it.
Then take the boat at targeted location and bomb the ship in the sea.
Mount Galeheart and bomb more ships.

It works on the first day of the release of the expansion.
You just need to stand a few meters from the ramp of the boat, in the camp that is. That gives you a bomb icon on the screen. Just click it.
After that you need to take a boat and bomb another boat.
Last step is to take a bird and bomb one of the ships from the air.

Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. Numbing the Pain	Taelia - You need to pick up Evermoss Clump you can find them on tree.	Taelia
2. Righteous Retribution	Taelia - This is little long quest. Go on south Daelin's Gate and get os ship on upper deck you will find crates with Azerite Bombs now get out from ship and throw Azerite Bombs ( You will get extra bar with this spell ). Next we move to east jump on Landing Boat You will be taken to the next ship use same from extra bar Azerite Bombs. Next step is to use Galeheart jump on Him and you will be taken over ship You will have 1 skill use it to burn Blackheart Powder Barrel. Pirates are moving back :D. When you will land you need to move back to Vigil Hill	Taelia
3. Bearers of Bad News	Taelia - Jump on Galeheart and auto fly to destination point.	Taelia
4. Prepare for Trouble	Taelia - Speak with Proudmoore Guard to take them with You.	Proudmoore Guard
5. Make Our Case	Proudmoore Guard - Move on south Unity Square, will start animation. Good that we was close flying around xD now we can save Katherine Proudmoore.	Taelia
6. Enemies Within	Taelia - Slay 6 Ashvane combatant.	AUTO FINISH
7. Clear the Air	Taelia - You need to destroy 4 Smoking Payload	AUTO FINISH
8. Hot Pursuit	AUTO START - Jump on Proudmoore Charger and pursued Priscilla Ashvane. You have 2 skills all thing will try to slow you down but any way you can't choose way is Auto run. At the and any way they will stop her but She decide to jump from bridge in to the river.	Taelia
9. Proudmoore's Parley	Katherine Proudmoore - You need to move to Genn Greymane northeast in Boralus Harbor. After finish this quest you will reach Enemies Within from A Sound Plan	Genn Greymane

If you can't see Azerite Bombs extra button, disable you're UI and reload.

To make the Bomb button appear, you must stand next to the fire at the two tents near the shore. That is all it takes.

You do not need to kill any mob's but they will attack you so it is unavoidable.

The wagon on fire farther from shore will not trigger the appearance of the Bomb button.

I tried this on an alt after my main got flying. You can't get the bomb button if you're flying.

If you stealth, so does Taelia. So if you have that ability, use it to avoid drawing aggro and speed up things.
