Mysterious Potion is in a chest - Grandiose Treasure Chest. Chest can be found at 67.6 16.17 point, The Tomb of Sargeras area. Turn left as you come to the inner yard near the entrance to the raid.
There also will be Treasure Master Iks'reeged, it just stealed good stuff, so you have to loot the quest item and bring it back to Karla.

Guarded by a few Felblade Devastators, but you can just run past them, or take the inner path.

There are half-rings along the outside edges of the tomb that you can use to avoid all mobs (especially the taskmaster) to get around to the treasure location. If you're at 69:14 on the rings and look directly west, you can see the large treasure chest.

If you use your Flight Master's Whistle while at the treasure location, you could end up inside the Cathedral dungeon.

was actually easy just stay mounted and go to the inner ring and follow to chest going behind all the NPCs

@chrth, as of this point in time, using Flight Master's Whistle at the treasure location transported me to the Vengeance Point Flight Point while I was doing the Tomb Raidering Quest.

HOWEVER, I went back after turning in the quest, and then, using the whistle at the same spot delivered me to The Hall of the Moon (or something like that) INSIDE the Cathedral of Everlasting Night INSTANCE.

So, it appears that YMMV...

My preferred route for

Getting to the chest for the Tomb Raidering Quest...

START from the Vengeance Point Flight Point (or JOIN this route at any convenient point)

/way Broken Shore:Broken Isles 55.1, 28.2 GLIDE to Here

/way Broken Shore:Broken Isles 55.8, 30.1 RIDE to Here

/way Broken Shore:Broken Isles 61.6, 23.9 ENTER ToS area <<For those with FLYING, start at this waypoint

/way Broken Shore:Broken Isles 63.1, 18.5 150yds ToS Mtg Stone

Stay in the RING you are in and travel CLOCKWISE around the RING, fighting MOBS as necessary

You will pass near the Dungeon Entrance for Cathedral of Eternal Night and
Arrive at

/way Broken Shore:Broken Isles 67.5, 14.1 Change to INNER Ring (just go to next WAYPOINT)

Take the long main path to the Tomb of Sargeras. Close to the tomb, the path zigzags. You'll see the word "Wrynnfall" - an open area in front of the tomb. Walk up to the main entrance. It's unguarded. You'll see the green raid swirl.

Turn to the right and go through a pointed doorway. This connects to a circular outer walkway. The location of the treasure on the map seemed to be off. Keep walking (counterclockwise) until you see the treasure chest sparkling through the arches. I found the treasure to be between 12 o'clock and 11:00 o'clock (due north on the map).

The Kobold Treasure Master Iks'reeged is checking out (switching?) the treasure when you arrive and leaves.

@Ailyse...yes u are correct. Don't try & approach the main entrance from the front, that is the way of pain! Just to the right (as you look at the tomb) there is a tiny fel stream (doesn't damage) with a quick jump you can get over the small rock outcrop by this & by-pass all the guards. Then follow @Doloria's instructions. The loot is in a large recess at the location mentioned, but you will need to clear 1 or 2 guards in order to get to it. Be warned there is an 111 elite that patrols the area, however if you are in Tank spec you should be able to cope with any mobs. Don't use FM Whistle to get out - as others have said you can end up inside the dungeon instance! Better to have Deliverance Point set as a Hearthstone for this quest then it's easy. Hope this helps.

I found using the legion disc that lets you fly so much easier to reach the treasure. of course if you have flying already you can just fly to /way 67.59 16.21 but the legion this thing also lets you fly if you dont have the skill yet. the there are several discs located around the broken shore

I cant fly so I did it the Old school way lol I'm a Surv hunter used Cam to walk around and used /way 67.59 16.21 to get there . There;s a few mobs near by .

The Flight Master is still broken as of today but if you use it a second time (after the 5-minute cooldown), it takes you directly to Vengeance Point. With stealth, this is extremely easy and a gift to the stealth classes. Without stealth, you'd better be prepared to fight at least one and occasionally two 111 Elites at a time. But there aren't more than about a dozen of them.

Have fun storming the castle, boys, as Miracle Max said.

On the other hand, if you can fly, just head in about 20 ft. off the deck and you can drop straight down onto the chest, whack the 110 standing guard and whistle for the Flight Master. As of 7/23, the gryphon takes you directly to Vengeance Point.

Found mine at 67.38, 16.13, right in front of one of the green goo wall fountain things that line the outside of the tomb building. There are the occasional 111 Elites that path on the outer walkway but all the mobs closer to the building are 110 Elites.

So I just found out about stonehide leather barding...it keeps you from being stunned when riding...and rode through all the elites to just inside the tomb next to where you enter the raid. All the elites gave up on following me so I didn't have to fight anyone. I'm on to search for the quest object but wanted to say that barding is making my life MUCH easier. If you're not a leatherworker, you can get it at the AH.

EDIT: So I was a little overly optimistic/naïve...even WITH the barding, you have to fight at least two elites to get to the object which is exactly where jfoobar said it was...67.38, 16.13...but much easier to fight two elites rather than a whole pack. Then I used the flight master's whistle to whisk me out of there! Easy, peasy...

AP token ultimately awarded from this quest has a sell price listed, but the NPCs will not buy it, even after the new AP token vendor prices were added.

At (68, 16) Broken Shore - Inner ring of the two circular walkways at ground level around the Tomb of Sargeras building, on a dais in front of a green fountain/waterfall decoration on the wall - Almost the complete opposite side of the building from the ToS raid entrance.

Description

I said to myself over and over, "Don't go near the citadel. Don't go near the citadel." But what did I do? I went to the citadel. Almost had my hands on that sweet treasure chest before I got chased off by a bunch of crazy demons. I made it out of there with just my helmet and my life!
