This quest becomes available as a pick-up when one is doing the quest Crushing the Crown. The quest is new with the new location for the main quest as of the 2018 Love is in the Air Holiday. In the centre of Pyrewood Village there is a stone circle. A chemical wagon stands to one side. The paper that gives the quest lies on the ground at 43.26/73.78 with the customary yellow exclamation mark above it.

Once a player accepts the quest he or she must find and retrieve 3 recipe fragments to complete the quest.

Fragment 1 can be found in the Pyrewood Chapel on the second floor. Go up the stairs and turn right. The alcove formed by the chapel’s steeple is on your left. Mouse over the papers lying on the floor until you get a cog wheel. The fragment will lie at 46.67/73.50.

Fragment 2 can be found on the first floor of the Pyrewood Inn. The Inn has 2 sections. Both are up on a short rise. The section that contains the recipe fragment is to the left of the smaller inn. It is the long building with a tower. toward the back where tables are set with steins of beer at 45.14/71.53.

Fragment 3 can be found lying on the ground north of the village where the Crown employees are packing up their perfumes amongst the trees. At 42.72/71.13 you’ll find the fragment lying in the angle formed by a pair of boxes close to the rocks that form the seacoast in this area.

It appears that this quest becomes a daily after players complete it for the first time.

In each of the buildings players will find at least 2 MOBs they will have to fight to get to the fragment. Crown henchmen are patrolling all over the forest north of the village. Because these MOBs scale with players’ levels they are no longer a joke one can deal with quickly.

Good luck completing the quest. It turns in back in Orgrimmar with Snap Snagglebolt, the goblin who gave you the quest Crushing the Crown. Or, alternatively, with Snip Snagglebolt in Stormwind.

Here is a macro that I modified from the world boss macro to check to see if you have done the "Lord" of a city and the other two dailes for this world event.

Many dailies like these were removed entirely with the 2024 update to the event, in favor of a questline where you get ~130 token in total, and the seemingly only daily being 1+ near the Shadowfang Keep dungeon entrance at the Silverpine Forest.

The tokens can be 'farmed' easily by any character but mostly:

Horde: just take portal to Undercity at Orgrimmar then quick flight southwest (Mages can just teleport to Undercity from anywhere, then back to Orgrimmar after. Guild's Cloaks can be used to teleport to Orgrimmar for non mages)
Alliance: Worgens can have a quicker shortcut to Silverpine forest, since with recent Gilneas Reclamation Storyline, you can do it in the first Worgen, get the teleport toy to Gilneas, that hopefully other worgens can use. Other races/classes might use the BfA teleport for the Arathi Warfront and fly from there.
