if you start in the Witchwood, follow the road to the north until you will reach the "Bloodhunt Highlands". To the left you will see a small lake, follow the path close to the lake to the canyon. In the canyon you will see a small path down to a hut, there is Shara Felbreath.
Be careful, Majestic Elderhorn is running through the canyon from time to time.
