For some reason wowhead does not has this info yet, but you will get Recipe List: Advanced Leysmithing

Alard's Forge is in the wall
Alard's Anvil is near the forge and is easy to find
Alard's Woekbench is a table near the exit. Under 3 small shields on the wall
Alard's Whetstone is a big wheel-like stone to the right of the 2-nd exit, near the wall.
Alard's Quenching Trough is to the left of the 2-nd exit

You will get 4 Shopkeeper's Leystone Ore

Craft 4 Leystone Bar near Alard's Forge
Craft 4 Heated Leystone Bar near Alard's Forge
Craft 1 Leystone Cuffplate near Alard's Anvil

If you're like me and not sure what to do, open your blacksmithing skill window and you'll see a section called 'Training'. You have to make 4x Leystone bars, then 4x Heated Leystone Bars, etc

I wonder what happens if one builds two cuffplates or two fingerguards? Are you blocked from creating a second, thereby exhausting your raw materials?

I did everything right, but the gauntlets degraded into a "Burnt, Exploded Mess." Everything proceeded like I was successful, so okay. Sure.

During Dragonflight pre-patch quests were bugged. You have learned required quest crafting spells, but as you opened your spell book the spells did not show up.
I found alternative trough /run scripts.
For this case, I've looked up Wowhead for specific spell IDs and with those I got the spells I needed. By running /run PickupSpell() I got the spell and was able to put it on my action bar.
Down is a list for all required crafts:

Leystone Bar/run PickupSpell(183279)
Heated Leystone Bar/run PickupSpell(183280)
Leystone Cuffplate/run PickupSpell(183281)
Leystone Fingerguard/run PickupSpell(183283)
Handcrafted Leystone Gauntlets/run PickupSpell(183562)

Found this today on the Blizzard Forums. The quests are bugged it seems.

There is a workaround that I can confirm that this works and I have completed quest.
Eg for Blacksmiths stuck on “Leysmithing Mastery”

Run each of the below add it to your action bar:

/run PickupSpell(183279) - Leystone Bar
/run PickupSpell(183280) - Heated Leystone Bar
/run PickupSpell(183281) - Leystone Cuffplate
/run PickupSpell(183283) - Leystone Fingerguard
/run PickupSpell(183562) - Handcrafted Leystone Gauntlets
*Dont include anthing past the brackets

To get the spell ID’s for what you need for your crafts:
Head to wowhead.com 64 and search for your desired profession recipe/pattern. Once you’re on the page, the recipe ID will be on the URL, in this case, leystone bar has the following URL
(https://www.wowhead.com/spell= 25183279/leystone-bar)
