The Slosh of Brew is a lootable item that comes from the Brew Alementals inside of Stormstout Brewery (Normal or Heroic)

To make the noodle cart, you will need the following;
5 x Raw Tiger Steak
10 x Juicycrunch Carrot
5 x Jade Lungfish
5 x Giant Mantis Shrimp
5 x Wildfowl Breast
5 x Ginseng

Note: These are the broken down materials.

You will have to do Stormstout Brewery (Normal or Heroic) to loot the, 20 x Slosh of Brew
off the various Alementals within.

For those struggling to find out HOW to make the noodle cart:

Check your cooking recipe book. Its a new spell you have learned and is found in your cookbook.

I required for the cart:

5 x Ginseng tea
5 x shrimp dumplings
5 x Sauteed Carrots
5 x Wildfowl Roast
5 x Swirling Mist Soup
5 x Charbroiled Tiger Steak

Kind of bizarre how Blizzard has gone so out of the way to make Dungeons (heroic or normal) in Mists dead (no new ones since the beginning of the expansion) yet now with Timeless Isle forces you to go into heroics?

Slosh of Brew is a quest item lootable from the Alementals that start right after Hoptallus (the carrot boss).
It drops in normal mode as well as heroic.

It is lootable even if you have not yet created the noodle cart kit.

This can be solo'ed as a Frost DK. I just completed all the noodle cart quests solo. On regular difficulty of course.

I decided to try to obtain the Slosh of Brew solo as an ilvl 514 hunter and it was quite easily done in normal mode.

I used the following set-up:
A tank specced pet (I prefer a cat as it got stealth to aid when sneaking past mobs, but any tank pet works).

The path up to first boss.
I used to sneak past as many hostile monkeys as possible and then triggered Ook-Ook by killing the neutral party hozen inside his chamber. The boss was fairly easy to kill and the only thing I needed to do was to aggro dump every now and then with Misdirection. There was no need to heal my pet manually as it avoided the ground pound on its own and was more than enough to negate any damage it took. If you decide to use the barrels on him to increase your damage, then remember that your pet will temporarily despawn when you step up on a barrel and Ook-Ook will come running for you.

The path to the second boss.
I dismissed my pet and decided to run up using , however the sheer amount of Virmens made it impossible to not be spotted. I quickly decided that the easiest way would be to just use Disengage and then run all the way up with the speed boost from Posthaste (although any speed boost, such as Nitro Boosts, will work). At the boss platform, I used Feign Death to clear all Virmens following me and then quickly cleared the rest with a mallet taken from a Bopper virmen. The boss was again very easy to solo using Misdirection + and I cleared all Virmen adds that came using a mallet.

The path to the third boss.
This is where you'll encounter the Alementals and it appears as if they only drop 1 Slosh of Brew each. All of the Alementals were quite easy to kill using Misdirection when needed, the only trouble I had was when my pet was standing in suds (the crap on the ground cast by the two Alementals just outside Yan-Zhu's room). It did enough damage to force me to cast mend pet, but they died quickly enough to not really pose any danger. You will need to clear the adds prior to the spawning of the boss to obtain enough Slosh of Brew but you will not need to engage the boss if you do not wish to try soloing the entire instance. When all of the mini adds spawn, remember to use the trick where you break LoS by standing behind the pillar so that they come to you and stack up, it makes it much easier to aoe them down.

When I had killed all adds and the boss had spawned, I naturally gave it a try to make a clean house and Yan-Zhu wasn't that hard to kill either. For me the boss had the abilities Blackout Brew, Bubble Shield and Carbonation. The Blackout Brew is easily negated by jumping on the spot or by running constantly and the Bubble Shield was shot down with one or two Multi-Shot. Carbonation was the only ability he used that was slightly hard to counter, partially because my pet started to follow me instead of keeping aggro and partially because it caused more damage to my pet than alone could handle. A mend pet was enough to keep my cat alive, however I did take about 40% of my hp in damage myself as my pet didn't tank during the Carbonation, although I only had to deal with him casting it once before I had nuked him down.

Why, a Slosh is the exact quantity of beer that falls out a standard Pandaren mug when it is full and is then raised to toast.

Completed in 1 run.
There are 21 Alementals excluding the last boss between the carrotboss and last boss.

Could not kill the last boss because his brew bolt was stacking to high and dealing to much damage.

Decided to leave the instance and hand in the quest.
