The stars are located all are small pinky objects all around the marked area. They might seem hard to find at first, but when yo first get a hang of it, it should be easy. I've notice they're usually located near plants.

I would like to be a pedant and point out that, while commonly used (e.g. the link to the ever reliable wikipedia by taggedjc below), the name "starfish" is technically incorrect as they are not fish. The correct layman's term should be "sea star" because sea stars do not belong to the same classification as fish.

The primary reason to classify them this way is the lack of a backbone / skeleton which makes them invertebrates whereas fish are vertebrates. Sea stars also lack gills, scales and fins and are in the Echinoderm family.

I can't find the quest giver, can't hand in. I can see the question mark on map but he is not there.

The default UI quest waypoint DOES show the correct location of the questgiver if you're in certain locations. Seems to be that if you're in The Briny Muck, the question mark icon will show in the correct location, but if you're on the eastern side of the zone or further north, it will show at Klaxxi'vess.
