i had problems finding scale lord did find him when ive been 90 some time and been farming in lake of stars many times there is a camp with a fire on the beach and next to a tree by the camp is a tiny hole in the ground were he is

Mistblade Scale-Lord is under ground. Near the south-eastern corner of the lake is a tiny cave entrance that doesn't show up on the map. The cave entrance is in the middle of a rock, positioned under a tree, between 2 camp fires.

After killing the Mistblade Scale-Lord you free Koven from the amber and after a few words he eventually gives you another 2 quests.

It is not underneath the lake as the quest text would have you believe. Don't look on the water, look on the beach for a hole running into the ground.

Don't forget to look for Strange Relic in your inventory when doing this quest, it starts Relics of the Swarm.

Looking for a cave is an issue, look for a Vermin warren hole. Its hidden in plain sight and designed just like the ones in the Valley of the Four Winds

After you turn-in, A Mysterious Voice aka Ancient Amber Chunk aka Klaxxi Warrior aka Korven the Prime says:

Yes, Klaxxi'va. How long I have waited to hear the Council's command!
I see. Much has transpired since I first entered my long sleep.
There is much to do. But first, Wakener... help me recover my strength.

To be more specific, if your standing at edge of water looking at a fallen log and the dead Mushan, go left. There will be a big mound of dirt. (The Vermin hole) with a tree behind it. Thats it, jump in!

If you turn in the quest and nobody spawns to give you the next part just walk outside of the cave and Korven the Prime will spawn by you following you and offering 2 quests.

Description

In order for our efforts against the mantid empire to continue, we require more amber.

There is a great deposit of amber underneath the lake to the south, but the area is inhabited by a savage saurok tribe.

I cannot spare anyone else. You must go to the lake and test the tribe's strength. Thin their numbers and eliminate their leader, who is probably hiding in his underground cavern.

Surely this is not too great a task for you?
