Note you get credit for a kill even if you only hit it once and an npc does the rest of the work.

This now has the same bug as The Defense of Shado-Pan Fallback.
Killing Osul Chargers that are already in battle with the defenders won't count; you need to attack their reinforcements.

I pretty much cleared the @#$@#&! room before the map dropped.

As of patch 5.3 you only get a "kill count" increase for about 1 out of 4 Charges you kill.

I tried killing both the 100% hp ones that were standing still, the near death ones that are fighting and the 100% hp ones that are fighting - none of them gave consistent quest progress.

Just kill EVERY charger you find, after about 30 kills you will get the 8/8 done.

If you intend to try ahead and skip ahead to this zone, take note that you will not receive any quests until level 88.

maybe some code has been changed, anyway, what I did was to stand near some pandaren defender. attack incoming osul charger before the pandaren do, so far so good, got credit for every kill.
