The mulberry leaves are in buckets in the flower patches.
The worms you feed are in a pit with red leaves in it.
The silk you need is in the back of Loom Master Jeng's building, in a wooden tub.

I'm looking for the Raw Silk now, but for like over 10 minutes there hasn't been any. Maybe it's bugged for the time being or maybe they added a too long respawn timer..

The silk building is current invisible try to /tar loomaster and focus to find him.
The building is to the right of Silkmaster Tsai (next to the large building). Just follow that path straight. You'll see a wheel barrel and a few large buckets, it's right in between them.
Once in the building the silk is right in the back.

Apparently it is bugged again...The hut is there as well as the bucket, but I am unable to click on it at all. I have dropped the quest 3x to try to get it. =(

If, like me, you've spent ages trying to find the grubs to feed, try going underneath the huts. It will look like you won't fit but I found that I did and there was plenty of them under there.

It seems that the Raw Silk isn't clickable (day after MoP released). No one on my server has been able to compete this quest.

Which sucks :(

Taking the directional and turning it in IS what renders the quest "un-gettable"...the 3rd toon through took the directional, turned it in, then nothing. The first 2 toons through didn't grab the directional, and could see the quest "Where Silk Comes From." My rogue found the directional in Halfhill whilst seeking a mailbox.

I just spent a while looking for the raw silk in/near the building that's covered in cobwebs. This is not the location. It's on the other side of the farm and is quite tidy. Just in case anyone else makes the same mistake.

I was able to click and retrieve the raw silk as well.

Sounds like a blast tending to those baby silkworms. :P

Did the silken fields with 3 toons already and each of them were able to get this quest with no problem when they first arrived. Just got there with my 4th and I cannot find this quest. Not sure what breadcrumb people are referring to, but I don't remember having to do anything special with my other toons. 'Tis a mystery.

Quest was bugged for me. Could get the quest but couldn't loot the Raw Silk. Basket and building showed properly, but when I "used" the basket, nothing was added to my inventory. Checked my mail at Halfhill a few minutes later to find a Raw Silk in the mail from the Postmaster for every loot attempt I made.

If you don't get the Raw Silk in your inventory from looting the basket, run to Halfhill and check your mail. Should be there!

This quest is fixed as of today (patch 6.02). I was able to pick up the crumb quest at Halfhill.

I already completed this, I actually still had the quest reward in my bag. I was able to do everything but collect the silk at the end. I can see the building and everything, I just cannot click on it.

I was confused about this quest because I have Loremaster of Pandaria and I never saw this quest before untill 6.0.2 the pre patch. It turns out this is just a bugged quest but as of the pre patch it has been fixed.

This quest's completion status, and the completion status of its breadcrumb out of Halfhill, was reset for ALL characters in 6.0.2. If you encountered the bug falsely marking it as completed on your character, you will now be able to do it. If you did not encounter the bug, you will be able to do it a second time, as well as the breadcrumb out of Halfhill.

If you're having trouble with the quest (looting the Mulberry Leaves), I suggest turning off all your add-ons (disable them temporarily) in order to pick them up and feed the silkworms. I tried to reload UI and that didn't help, but when I did this it started working.

I had trouble finding the raw silk as well

it is the building NOT covered in silk, the one with the panda you can speak to.

its *way* in the back, almost impossible to spot

In patch 8.3, no Hungry Silkworms appear to spawn.

Where Silk Comes From

Obtain Mulberry Leaves, feed 5 Hungry Silkworms, and get Raw Silk.

Description

Would you like to be a Silkmaster for a day?

The first thing you'll need are fresh mulberry leaves. You can find them in our grove of mulberry bushes to the northwest.

Next you will need to feed them to a hungry silkworm in our feeding pit to the west.

And finally you should get some raw silk from our processing hut on the south side of our farm.
