This quest is completed by reaching each of the four scouts before the execution timer runs out in Zul'Aman. Bakkalzu is at Akil'zon (Eagle), Hazlek is at Nalorakk (Bear), Norkani is at Jan'alai (Dragonhawk), and Kasha is at Halazzi (Lynx). Completion of this quest should not require completion of the event for the Amani Battle Bear, as you can skip past the Bear/Eagle bosses and head straight to the Lynx/Dragonhawk bosses if you still need to save those scouts.

You have a total of 25 minutes to do the timed event, 15 minutes at the start, plus 5 minutes each for killing Bear and Eagle bosses. The first (Bakkalzu's) chest gives a bag of gold, the second and third (Hazlek's/Norkani's) give an extra epic (353 ilvl) each, and the last (Kasha's) gives Amani Battle Bear.

completed the timed run 5 times day and didn't get the quest complete, missing hazlek, possibly bugged?

I was in a group tonight that was completing the quest successfully. We killed the first three bosses and saved the captives before the timer ran out. After each of the first two bosses, the timer reset as it was supposed to. After killing the third boss and saving the captive before the timer expired, the timer did not reset giving us about 2 minutes to reach and kill the fourth boss. Not possible. May have to put together a group that makes a beeline for 4th boss in order to complete quest and get reward but shouldn't have to. This is definitely bugged.

When I shift-autolooted the chests on the second boss, the chest just randomly disappeared, bugged ?

Is it possible to skip to the fourth boss? I've been able to get the first three in various PuG's, but we can never seem to make the final timer.

Ok to all the clueless people here's how this works. There are 4 scouts scattered around Amen. Each requires a boss kill to be saved. You get 25 total mins to save all 4(15+5+5). Each scout you save will open a loot chest with progressively better loot. Chests 2-4 contain purples, Chest 1 is just crap. You beat the timer and save all 4 to get all the extra loot, you need to not wipe at any point and otherwise totally plow the zone. You need good DPS and ppl that know wtf they're doing, aka no wipes. The first half is easy, but when you get to the dragonhawks... you'll find time easily wasted as most groups wipe there 2-4 times every run.

You can do the quest out of order and only need to beat the time to save a specific guy until you "save" all 4 sooner or later, but you won't get all the loot that way, and the quest itself only have a puny 20g for completion. If you save them all in 1 go, you get 3 extra purples for your run, which include slots that can't otherwise be obtained.(LIke an AGI cloak)

Free the captive scouts: Hazlek, Bakkalzu, Norkani, and Kasha. They are being held captive by the Amani high priests.

Description

After we arrived, I dispatched my scouts to learn more about da Zandalari presence here in Zul'Aman. Many returned with useful information, but four still be missin'. If we do not act quickly, da new warlord's lieutenants will offer dem as sacrifices in honor of da Zandalari emissaries.

Find my scouts, <name>, and free dem before da priests offer dem as sacrifices!
