Pretty easy quest. Make sure you also have Naga Hide, given by the guy standing right next to the questgiver, then go kick some naga butt down the hill on the beach! Leads to the quest Irresistible Pool Pony.

I am really loving the Goblin race. This quest is the epitome of them.

Replace some exquisitely delicate and gracious Naga banners with 100% dodgy, rough Goblin ones; resplendent with coarse sewing, ancient frayed shorting out electrical cable, a wheezing smoking exhaust and a flickering on-again-off-again exposed light filament....the voltage is WAY to high.

Oh........ and when you replace the banners, they are back to front!

At the time of writing, you can re-use the same banner over and over again and still get quest credit.
