Shouldn't you have to get 2xCaptain Peake's Eyeball (singular) or 1xCaptain Peake's Eyeballs(plural) rather than 2xCaptain Peake's Eyeballs? What, does he have 4 eyes?

I remembered a year ago I heard news about a student from the University of Minnesota who was walking around campus one night and was jumped by a group of men who kicked his head until he went blind. Fortunately for him he's still alive, but sadly he's blinded eternally.

Ehh... it could be a possible reference to it? I'm having trouble to find the source online but I know it happened for sure since I live there.

He is at the top of the tower where the orc soldiers are being kept. When i got there, it was just him and a level 30 melee soldier.
The captain was level 31, 2028 hp; had two abilites that i saw:
1) Blind; confused my character, perhaps 4-6 seconds duration.
2)A poision ability, not a big problem.

Another prime example of how many in the Alliance let themselves be blinded by hate and racism, to the point where they beat and/or blind others.

Read the quest text.

Peake is a monster. If his superiors knew, they would thank the Horde for ending him.

The quest explicitly states that Peake's actions were not sanctioned by the Alliance, and the questgiver shows awareness of the fact that the Alliance wouldn't approve of his actions.

Incidentally, what do you think of Karga Rageroar?

I switched from survival to marksmanship so I could hit him with aimed shot and over crit him on my 85 hunter.

MOBS a problem getting to tower so i found it was easier to go to the top of the cliff overlooking the tower and GLIDER in!
Kept dying then discovered that with the leather barding that gives you the ability to travel without being un mounted I found it simple to ride through the few mobs on the way to the path up the mountain . If you do end up dead its a good opportunity to scout out the route up. When going up the mountain it will be on your left and then kinda keep left and you can get to the Highest point and have plenty of height for the flight. If you veer rt up the mountain side there is a lower ledge that puts you nearer to the tower but I wasn't sure if I had the height to get to tower top. You could however from this vantage point just drop to area just outside the tower door. Landing on top however will get you better access. I had a slew of undead attack me while fighting him but they died the second he dropped.

I dared speak up while Captain Peake savagely beat one of the prisoners. In return he kicked me in the head. And kept kicking. He kicked me blind, <race>.

You'll find Captain Peake at the top of this tower. If you seek justice, bring me his eyes.

If he does not part with them willingly... so be it.
