I had a hard time finding the stormwatchers. They are just a few of them and they spawn at these locations: http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=28877. Remember to pick up the explosives (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39651).

Go to 35.44 and go get Venture Co. Explosives killing Venture Co. Ruffians and Excavators. Then head over the border at 25.34 and kill a Stormwatcher. Use the explosives on the dead body and gather the quest item.

Quest complete.

Is there a way to get to the stormwatchers if you don't have a flying mount?

Wowhead lists this as "requires 78", but I did this daily last night with my level 77.

As Syce and Janus1 said. This quest seems to be the most rare of all daily quests obtained from the Frenzyheart Tribe. I'm almost exalted and I never seen this quest. I've been doing the Frenzyheart quests for about 18 consecutive days.

Anybody else having problems even getting that Quest? I'm nearly exalted now and have yet to see it ...

Edit: I guess whining a little helps sometimes. Got it now, just the day after I wrote this :)

When you hand in the quest, the following happens:

Rejek says: Who wants to see Rejek's new helmet?
A couple of Frenzyheart Pups run up to Rejek.
Frenzyheart Pup says: I wanna see!
Frenzyheart Pup says: Show me too!
Rejek says: Ok, Rejek show!
Rejek turns away from the pups and puts on the helmet, and then faces the pups again.
Rejek says: What you think?
Frenzyheart Pup says: Metalhead ate Rejek! Run!
Both Frenzyheart Pups flee.
Rejek says: Rejek like! If helmet scares pups, Rejek can't wait to see what it does to big-tongue cowards!

Sholazar Basin Daily Quests
You will get daily quests from faction you are in friends with.
Each quest giver will give 1 random quest from their set every day.
Frenzyheart Champion and Hand of the Oracles are needed to start or switch factions in Sholazar.

Get Venture Co. Explosives from any of the Venture Company units at Swindlegrin's Dig and use them to obtain a Stormwatcher's Head. Bring the Stomwatcher's Head to Rejek at Frenzyheart Hill.

Description

Rejek hears tales of giant metal men on faraway Stormwright's Shelf. Far to northwest, outside basin's lip, you will find it.

Imagine Rejek using heads of giant metal men as helmet. Make Rejek unstoppable! Make Rejek mighty!

You get for Rejek, but metal head might not come off metal body easy. Maybe steal bombs from little green men and their friends at Swindlegrin's Dig near Suntouched Pillar? Use bombs to get head off metal body, then bring to Rejek.
