The three places you need to go are marked with a cave entrance on the zone map, and are just north of Amberpine Lodge. The heart is the east-most cave, the limb is the middle cave, and the tears is the west most cave. Grizzlemaw (the huge broken tree in the middle of the zone with all the Furblogs) is not where you need to be.

What you are looking for is the things that look like hollowed out trees, you go down to the heart of the tree where there is like black steam coming down.

When you go into the heart, there is a hole in the tunnel to your right, look through and you'll see a black fog effect, that is where you use the orb.

Oh, for all those interested look on the map for the 3 caves are clearly outlined, lined up across the way. It was not until after finding the tears that i discovered these on the map. I was doing this quest with my Death Knight-Unholy Level 82. Level up!

Thank you, guys, for the useful comments above. Yes, 3 cave entrances on map, north of Amberpine Lodge, more or less straight line WNW - ESE. TEARS is on WEST side of river, while HEART & LIMB are on EAST side.

Vordrassil's Limb entrance is at 33.2 48.5
Vordrassil's Heart, you'll found the entrance at 40.7 52.0.
Vordrassil's Tears, entrance located at 28.5 45.3.

Hierophant Thayreen at Amberpine Lodge wants you to go to Vordrassil's Heart, Vordrassil's Tears and Vordrassil's Limb and use the Geomancer's Orb in the depths beneath the surface.

Description

When the tree Vordrassil fell, its hollow remains grew roots deep into the ground.

I want you to go north of here to the three locations where the trunk shattered and go as far beneath the ground as you can. You'll find them west of Grizzlemaw.

Use this orb once you get there to get an imprint of the energy surrounding the area. If we're to heal the land, we must first find out what caused Vordrassil to fail as a world tree all those years ago.
