You can find these located at Felstone Fields. They are all those undead guys. You can find them around (39,57). But make sure you have your Argent Down Commision Trinket on to loot the quest items. Cause if you don't then you can't loot them. Now, have fun with your quest:D

If you're prot, I'd reccomend going south to Sorrow Hill instead, as the mobs there are all melee and thus MUCH easier to kill. I could easily group up 5-7 of those and kill them, opposed to the careful pulling and caster killing that Felstone Field requires.

one thing i wanna add is to remember to put on your argent dawn commision trinket that u get just by talking to the orc in the bulwark. u need to have the trinket on to be able to collect the scourgestones

Go see Argent Officer Garush right after talking to Mehlar to pick up quest to be able to turn in 20 Minion's Scourgestones, 10 Invader's Scourgestones, and 1 Corruptor's Scourgestone. This is important as Officer Garush is part of this quest.

Then you have to equip your soulbound badge which will fit in your trinket slot on your person.

This droprate sucks! I've killed 20 so far and I still only have 2 Scourgestones.

Edit: And I am at the Felstone Fields.

Drop rate for this really sucks and that is because i am at sarrow hill, i have killed many of these things and still not a single stone. Be prepared to work if you are below lvl 55.

Since the mobs in Sorrow Hill and Felstone Hill are the same, drop rate is also the same. Sorrow Hill is a major alliance hub, however, so in PvP servers you'll have to be careful there. Felstone Hill is also a target of an alliance quest, so there might be alliance there as well, but not as much as in Sorrow Hill

if u are ret u it 'll be so easy u can pull like 5-7 and kill them
u can find them at 39,57 and make sure u wear the trinket for the quest item drop

The droprate for me was fine. :/ Every other, if not every one of the undead I killed dropped a Minion's Scourgestone. (Felstone Field)

I did this in less than 2 minutes as a 52 retri paladin...
I went to felstone field, aggroed EVERY mob in there (except for the mage humanoids on the side)
gathered them all in 1 place, and did concecration, then i was about to die, so i did divine shield, holy wrath, holy light, flash of light, concecration and then simply collected 20 scbourgebane from the corpses...

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.

Mehlar Dawnblade at the Bulwark wants you to bring him 20 Minion's Scourgestones.

Description

It is time you remembered history that should not be forgotten... the slaughter of our people by Arthas and his Scourge army.

Vengeance on the Scourge is the only way to ease your pain. It is unfortunate they are not susceptible to fear and pain. Only their utter destruction will bring you even a shred of satisfaction.

Speak with Argent Officer Garush for knowledge of scourgestones and how to obtain them -- I will need to see many of them as proof of your commitment before we speak again.
