I myself have not completed the raid. Why am I getting this quest, Blizzard? I don't want to see this until I have completed the raid.

Did blizzard seriously just spoil me the ending of the expansion just because i did story quests? Without giving me a chance/quest to do the raid first? What a joke this game has become. That's the last straw honestly who is running wow these days? Worst expansion to date i can't believe it

Meh, i did the quest and watched the cinematic, i will not wait another two weeks or so before Jailer LFR opens. I guess it's not the endgame cinematic then. Besides, when you killed a final boss in any raid you skip the video anyway (unless it's your first time i guess) to get your loot and see what others have looted if you didn't get anything, so you can bug them to give it to you before they leave :P

I also saw Anduin's cinematic before i can fight him (as of this post, the third part of LFR isn't open yet) and it didn't bother me. In fact i found it rather amusing i could see it beforehand. Plus it was a more interesting cinematic than the jailer's one anyway, which was pretty boring. Maybe Blizz lets you watch it in Zereth Mortis so as to not split up the raid between people that move on and those who are still watching.

Sadly, Blizzard programmers once again failed to follow their own lore. In the cut scene we get from Highlord Bolvar Fordragon, "Witness the Jailer's defeat" we see The Archon, Winter Queen, The Primus all condemning The Jailer for his actions. Sadly, this also includes Sire Denathrius, who didn't condemn the Jailer, but rather sided with him. Wasn't he the final boss in the raid, Castle Nathria that we defeated? So, why, at the end of the raid Sepulcher of the First Ones is he here saying, "You could have sought another way, brother. Imagine what we could have accomplished together." Um, they were together, they tried to accomplish something and they were defeated, first Denathrius (in the first raid of the Shadowlands), then Zovaal (in the last raid of the Shadowlands). This cutscene makes it look like Sire Denathrius was on the side of the Shadowlands, fighting WITH the Winter Queen, the Primus, the Archon, and Prince Renathal against the Jailer, instead of with him.

It's not even old lore, it's current content. How could they have missed this so badly? It really makes you wonder if the right hand of Blizzard knows what the left hand is doing.

Why is this quest out of line? it's like 35 quests too late.

Description

At long last, we have thwarted the Jailer's schemes. Both the Forge of Afterlives and Azeroth's world-soul have been restored, and the Shadowlands can now begin to recover from the anima drought. I know it is in your nature to push ever forward. But this was a monumental victory, and it deserves a moment of reflection.
