Don't really dig the Hunter set, feels like they're trying a third time to try to make a set like the Dwarf Hunter from the vanilla trailer and the vanilla boxart. As much as I'd love to have a set like that that's really nice, I'd rather not have designs for blue sets on my current content raid gear.LFR/Honor Cloth set is amazing, and I love the color scheme of the LFR one specifically.Monk set feels like a repeat of T16 with a bit of Diablo's Monk's Spirit Stone mixed in for the headpiece.Warrior is what I really wish they would have done with this tier. It's an obvious reimagining of the Tier 2 Wrath set, considering the set is called the "Iron Wrath" set. Seeing HQ Judgement or Dragonstalker would look amazing.Mythic gear for most of them seems a bit lame, nothing but a bunch of fel goo dripping on the helmets and shoulders. Mythic/Elite Monk set doesn't even seem to be different other than color and shoulders.I also really dislike how they didn't even change the models for the elite gear. Warlords Season 1 Elite has some of the best looking gear in the game, and it feels like a challenge mode set to me.I do like about a third of the sets though, but I'd probably not transmog to most of them.
I can't find anything I don't like. Stop complaining, it's a matter of preference and opinion. Bashing "graphic designers" for not making what you like is childish and ridiculous.
Looks like I'm going to use the Leather Honor Gear + Druid Normal head.Disappointing Tier/Season to say the least.
Why does it feel that the warlocks feared the DKs and stole their helmet?
So the LFR cloth looks like paladin tier from Firelands? Nice.
Cloth lfr is so Jax.
Man, what a pathetic Hunter set. Again.
That DK head looks so freaking wrong
happy with mythic rogue, hunter that's just horrible - i feel they've had some pretty underwhelming tier sets of late, and i just feel out right horrible for every monk who plays mythic. The set is exactly the same except for an extra bit of lace work on the shoulders. So disappointing knowing what Blizzard is actually able to produce, last sets I was genuinely happy with was Firelands, everything in my eyes felt actually set to the class. (i suppose that's the problem though what I perceive =P )
Are the 3 colourways per Armor Class, for LFR/Honor for 3 source levels or per Class? If per Class, why are there three Mail visuals? My guess would be LFR, Honor & Conquest, but if anyone can clarify for me, please.
IMO the tier 18 hunter set is underwhelming. Like questing gear set underwhelming.
I see that Blizzard still hasn't learned that wings come from the back....not the front......thanks for fu%@^ng the priest set...
Hunter and monk are sad.Warrior, Warlock, DK and Rogue are fine, suits with the class. The rest doesnt suit at all.
well keep working please.
There isn't even two different models for PvP and PvE, just recolors.Guess the weapons aren't the only thing throwing back to TBC.:^) u srs blizz
Didn't know that Boba Fett was a Paladin. Is Blizzard even trying?
I feel like a vast majority of these sets are very strongly rooted in the design of older, more beloved sets.ExamplesWarrior Tier 18 was a strong resemblance to Battlegear of WrathThe Priest and Mage sets both look similar to Dungeon Set 1 of the same class (save for the winged shoulders for the priest)And the Death Knight one reminds me of Dreadnaught's BattlegearAlso the Cloth LFR/Honor set makes me think of "Savage" Judgement Set.And the Rogue Tier is defiantly Bloodfang inspired at least.I do like most of them, but the monk one leaves much to be desired particularly in the chest area where it is a simple flat color.
YET another lackluster hunter raid tier set, why am I not surprised? Get the guy/s making hunter raid armor sets some coffee or better yet a vacation. Maybe then we'd get some armor that looks like a tier set not this half-hearted quest reward gear wannabe. I give the tier 18 hunter set 4 out of 5 zzzz's... Puts you right to sleep just by looking at it. Conclusion: Transmog over immediately!
