To open Spectral Bound Chest you have to find and interact with 3 different Spectral Key.
These keys are located in Korthia and spawn in random nearby locations.
You have to interact in a correct combination to open the treasure: Key 1 > Key 2 > Key 3

Find 3 Spectral Key located in the areas near the chest.
Keys have daily reset and spawn randomly in 12 possible locations
Usually you will be able to find 1 key in
location to the west of the chest
near the house to the south and
in the area to the north

Any idea on the respawn timer of the keys? I found 2 no problem but the 3rd key is nowhere to be found. Been running around all these coords for what seems like forever looking for a 3rd key.

This is a chest in Korthia that functions the same as the Torghast chests - it's bound with 3 chains, each one unlocked by finding a corresponding Spectral Key. Unlike Torghast, though, there are more than 3 keys, but some of them are duplicates.

I've organized all the keys that I found on PTR according to which chain they unlock. This means that if you've successfully found a 'First Chain' key for the day, you can ignore all the other 'First Chain' waypoints - the additional duplicate keys will disappear as soon as you've found one key that corresponds to that specific chain.

I've numbered them "First," "Second," and "Third," but you do not have to collect them in a specific order. The number just corresponds to the chains on the chest, from left to right.

To check if you've found a specific key for the day, you can run these scripts (or just go look at the remaining chains on the chest):

Most of the time the chest contains a small amount of anima, relic fragments, and stygia, but sometimes it contains Korthian Armaments or cosmetics:

• Field Warden's Watchful Eye
• Instructor's Mantle
• Necrobinder's Shoulderpads

The key that is closest to the chest area can spawn inside the pool that looks like cracked earth, the key is just under the lip of one of the overhangs, zoom in when stood inside the pool and slowly run your mouse over, it has a tiny spot where its clickable. If you can see a white smoky whisp coming from one of the rocks on the edge, its there :)

Hi all

To open Spectral Bound Chest You need to pick Up 3 Spectral Key. You can find them around Seeker's Quorum and left from it.

For the last week, more or less, all 3 of my keys, on two characters, have been in the same 3 locations. At 52,53 (inside the rock crevice), 59,48 (next to the big chain), and 62,57 (inside the brush next to the bit tree). Others in /1 have said that it's not that way for them so I don't know what's special about my characters. My RNG is broken lol.

Today I got the three keys but when I got the last one, near the chest, the chest disappeared.

Edit - Reappeared a few minutes later. never seen it do that before.

If the chest de-spawns (as it just did for me), it seems to take about 2 minutes to come back again. The keys that I collected before it de-spawned were still valid.

I have experienced the keys themselves phasing out when I go near them and not respawning at all that day. Very frustrating. It's usually the chest inbetween the rocks in Seeker's Quorum.

If you are missing a key:

The northern chain can be opened with the key from the region west of the chest.
The middle chain can be opened with the key from the region around the chest
The southern chain can be opened with the key from the region north of the chest.

The chest is also in the rift, but I have found no keys there.
