The entrance is behind the pet battle lady at Kara. Go inside and you want to keep taking any path that goes down. Eventually you'll reach the upsidown sinners pool. Dive to the bottom, and dead ahead will be a little path you can take. Swim through it, and surface in a new set of halls. Take the left path that leads you over a small walk-able pool of water, and into 'The Pit Of Criminals' room. In there is a huge stack of bones. Climb up it to get your box with your unicorn.

Entering the Crypt:

Reach the entrance to the Forgotten Crypt /way 39.86 73.62
Go down the stairs, and reach the Well of the Forgotten (altar with glowing green rune and candles).
Go down Pauper's Walk /way 37.84, 73.20
At /way 35.63 73.37 make a sharp right and follow path all the way down bearing left.
At /way 34.73 75.64 you're out in the Forgotten Crypt again, facing mounds of sand.
Turn left, go all the way down and turn left again to arrive at a square opening in the ground (Tome of the Unrepentant) and jump down /way 35.01 81.04
Turn around and head West towards the archway and walk under it /way 34.02 80.18
Turn right and right again /way 33.47 78.38
In the distance you will see the mound of bones with Puzzler's Desire on top of it /way 38.29 74.72

Exiting the Crypt

Go back to /way 33.47 78.38
Make a slight left and walk SW to the pool of water adjacent from the archways at /way 32.30 81.06
Swim and reach the Upside-down Sinners underwater room, then straight up to the surface /way 29.19 81.15.
Turn around and head East in the Forgotten Crypt. You will see the sand mounds again.
Head NE to reach the Pauper's Walk again /way 35.63 73.37.
Spiral up the Pauper's Walk bearing right, then turn left to go up into the Well of the Forgotten.
Head up the stairs to exit the Forgotten Crypt.

There is a lot to be done before you can even enter the crypt. In this precise order:

Dalaran, Broken Isles:
Read the Inconspicuous Note found on the top floor of curiosities & moore in Dalaran
Ulduar, Storm Peeks:
Kill XT-002 Deconstructor,
Go to the top of the pile of scrap in the northwest corner of the room
Find the Rusty Lever on the mechanical gnome's head. Pull it, and a puzzle is displayed on the floor.
The objective is forming a 20 x 20 patern of lights on the floor in the shape of a cogwheel:

get a (tailoring crafted) Shadoweave Mask and go to the Deepholm (58.3 25.6) cave entrance.
Go to Deepholm (63.8 22.5) inside the cave and use the Dark Fissure
Drop into the fissure and use Dingy Plaque
Equip the Shadoweave Mask and interact with Strange Skull

Gnomeregan, Dun Morogh:
Go to Numerical Console (map) inside Gnomeregan and read the Instructions.

Go inside the house at Val'sharah (66 36.5)
Click the Nightmare Tumor and play a mini game where you untangle red wires into blue wires.
Just switch a globe connected to a tangled wire with the globe that is closest to the untangled end.

Kun-Lai Summit, Pandaria:
Go to Kun-Lai Summit (53 49) and enter the Tomb of Secrets.
Prepare to spend an hour in Endless Halls,a maze with shifting walls.
Use the Urn Kun-Lai Summit (52.82 52.14)
Next, bring the Purple Orb to a Purple Rune
Red Orb to Red Rune
Blue Orb to Blue Rune
Yellow Orb to Yellow Rune
Green Orb to Green Rune
Go to the next chamber and read the Inconspicuous Note
The whole place is exactly 8x8 tiles in size. The map wraps around, with offset of 4 rows/columns. If you go left 8 tiles, you'll be on same column as you started from, but 4 rows above/below. And same in verticals.One of the 64 tiles is a random teleport room. Try to figure out which room is the teleporter, then avoid it at all costs.
The illustration below should explain the wrapping. Exit map at spot 4, you appear on other side at 4. Exit at D, re-appear at opposite D.

Sometimes the camera turns 180 degrees, then you are transported. Possibly there is a transport room 1 that transports you to transport room 2.

If you click on the box and it disappears without giving you the mount, check your mailbox before opening a ticket.

Despite having plenty of room in my bags, I couldn't loot the box for whatever reason and almost panicked. Thank you, Postmaster!

For the last part in Kun-Lai Summit, Pandaria, you navigate a maze. You will pick up colored light orbs and carry them to a rune of the same color. The maze is tricky because there are bridges/teleports where you cross your own path. Draw a map as described by Geertjan, but add details about which paths are open/blocked. This will make it easier to detect when you have been teleported. Draw the map before dropping off orbs as this will erase your most prominent landmarks.
