Here is how i did it to count towards the King of the Monsters.

First of all i must say that i tried to kill it 3 times transformed as Gluttonous Giant and didnt get credit for it (probably bugged). I did get credit while transformed as Shadow Hulk. And here comes the tricky part that requires you to get to the mob transformed as a Shadow Hulk and also kill it in the 3 minutes the transformation lasts.

The easiest way i found is this: go to the area where the Amorph Annihilator are. Start killing Infected Mechanic to get goblin supplies which you will use to activate the Amorph anihilators. You will activate these only untill you see this message from your parasite "The Amorphic Cognitor tightens its grip on your head once again, its voice booms through your mind.". This way you will know that you are one action away from transforming. Now run back to the rare, dps it until 30 % and then kill an ogre and eat his corpse (you will have to spam the clicking on dead oggre cause you will be interrupted by rare's damage, but eventually you will get it) and you will be transformed into a Evolution. If you done this correctly you sohuld now be a Shadow hulk with a rare that has 30 % hp left in front of you.

Notes:
1. while trying to eat the final ogre corpse, kill anything that attacks you (except for the rare) so you dont get interrupted.
2. The boss will auto-destruct at 20%, so dont bring it bellow 30-25 % before transformation, so you can be sure that is you kill it while transformed and not with dots.
3. to kill the rare spam 4, 3 and 1.
4. apply the same tactic for the other rares (unfortunately for me, didnt see the morphes entient yet)

You don't need to get him to around 30% before evolving anymore. Just evolve and spam 4-3-1 and you will EASILY kill him before dipping below 80%

Just did this achievement and found the rare Morphed Sentinel..........Sept 19, 2015

Preparation: Go into LFG custom make a raid, set it as raid, do not invite people and don' t have auto invite on. Your doing this to stall the progress on the quest, you can kill mobs, collect loot and even evolve - transform. Once your ready for the rare you need remove yourself from the raid and the progress bar will be active and getting credit on killing the rare counts towards the achieve.

On to doing the achievement: You have to kill all the rares on this list to start a sequence of spawns, so lets say Shadow Hulk is up kill it and in 20 minutes another rare will spawn. Continue this until you get the rare your after and specifically Morphing Sentinel.

Rare up now what? Start clearing the area around the rare so you can evolve and have less mobs up to make this a headache if you can' t kill this rare fast enough with the Glutenous Giant. You can use the Shadow Hulk but requires some traveling from the Mecha Plunderer area and avoiding mobs. I used the Glutenous Giant and killed the rare under 2 of the 3 minutes your evolved.

Another option that works: I did this as a hunter a second time, so using a pet will work.I cleared area until I was about 2 more mobs from evolving and put my pet on the rare, once rare was at 70% I also evolved and used the 4 buttons the Glutenous Giant has to kill the rare. So if your a class with a pet this will work, don' t use a garrison bodyguard.

I joined the website for this specific achievement and rare, as the information on the internet did not help much until I pieced together my theory that worked as I described here. I will continue to help with strategies on situations in Warcraft as they come up for me where current information is not available or can be done differently and efficiently.

Just in case there needs to be clarification: You don't have to do anything with the orb and the charging bots. Giga Sentinel is just a random spawn like the other rares in the area. If Giga is spawned he will be standing next to the orb. Only one can be up at a time, and they rotate every ~20 minutes (sometimes you may get a repeat).

Maybe it's really random, but i can't get him spawn for days (killing on CD other rares).

Just a warning. He will self destruct once low health. You can't Foam Sword him and then go evolve.

Triggered me, as it's the last one I need, warning to hopefully spare someone this nonsense.

I have never seen this mob spawned for several consecutive nights, what's wrong with this guy? A waste of time killing other rares over and over again !

I did kill him from full health while transformed as a level 60. I had a good pucker and barely made it but it IS possible!
